Just we wanted to rent the room with private bathroom but it wasn’t available when I made the booking.

In general the room was very good and clean and had everything we needed.

You need to be used to the digital life: entrance was fully digital with keycode,and lots of instructions through whatsapp. It all worked perfect for us.

The host was very very friendly and helpful. And the apartment was brand new. Very nice! Also the location was perfect.

The other group staying at the apartment would arrive very late in the night and make a huge noise for as long as they wanted to, regardless of we trying to sush them, which means we didn’t get much sleep.

The apartment is on the top floor and it was quite hot so air conditioning would be nice, but the room did have a high quality fan.

sent a message that the roll-down curtain wasn’t fixed properly so it just fell off- nobody came to fix it. also more utensils for the kitchen would have been fine, like water boiler or better knifes - the knifes they offer are horrible - and bigger bowls…a coffee maker also for example. we paid for the kitchen but the equipment is not that good and well organized

The private bathroom is not attached to the room (it's not an ensuite). It is right outside but accessed via a shared space.

The room is in a very nice clean apartment in the city centre. The location is great.

We were taken aback to find that this is shared accommodation. Upon review, we could see it says shared kitchen but it was not that up front about it. We had one small attic type bedroom that just fit the bed and two tiny nightstands. No closets, drawers or hooks just a small clothes rail for hanging clothes. A challenge for storing a suitcase. The bathroom was supposedly only for us but we found others using it. You have to leave your bedroom into a shared area to use it. The bedroom has a code to enter so that's fun during the night or in the early morning when you don't wish to see strangers. While the building itself is beautiful, entering it from the street requires codes and the downloading of an app which my husband's iPhone couldn't get to work. We came across a very distressed fellow guest late at night who was stuck outside because the app didn't work for her either, she was so relieved when we helped her in. No staff so if your phone is dead or like us the app does not work you have no way in. The common areas have CCTV so be aware that you are being monitored especially as you go from shower to bedroom. This place did not suit us, it might suit a group of students. I just wish the host and site was clearer about what to expect!

The communication was very bad. The owner was not there to let us in, one of the neighbours who rented through the same owner noticed us after almost half an hour. We tried calling and messaging the owner but she did not respond. Above all the lock of our bedroom was broken so we could not lock our room when we were away.

The hotel was just starting to open up. I think I came in at the third day of opening and therefore there was only my bed which was good. No nightstand table desk chair, wardrobe. I was told that they were going to bring them in next week so I hope New people who come in can comment on the situation.

There was no food service. There is a kitchen with enough supplies to cook your own meals. Bring in all your own food also . The bathroom toilet and shower were nice and clean but a few steps from my room.
