Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We loved our room, the cleanliness of the hotel, all staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, we loved the breakfast! Room service was also great! I would absolutely recommend the hotel.

SwedenLimited breakfast offer for a five star hotel. Omelette, youghurt only on order with sincere instructions; only one order/one free plate per day. Breakfast order delivery time up to 40 minutes. If one wants to begin with the only on order youghurt dish thats a long wait and many minutes spent in total at breakfast. No vegetables at breakfast. Nothing green. Limited table seating, some where lounch sofas uncomfortable for eating breakfast.

First time staying in this hotel and it reminded me one of my favourite hotels in Vilnius. It is really a fantastic hotel, absolutely beautiful inside, beautiful decor, great staff, very friendly. Restaurant serves very good food, the garden at the restaurant is exceptional, the lounge area is very comfy and looks amazing, the front desk looks VIP style. I've booked a premium room because I wanted to have a spacious room, but they actually gave me a free upgrade to a suite which looked absolutely incredible. I will 100% come back again!

United KingdomThe gym was so tiny, there were so many rooms that were not used. Its a shame the gyms are aways an after thought. You couldn't swing a cat in there, if more than 4 people were too attend it would be crowded!! Also the service around the pool area wasn't great. Not once were we asked for a drink or food. We visited in August, they reserve cabañas that nobody purchases, however there were always guests without beds because of this and the cabanas sitting there empty. They should just be free with your stay then there would be enough room for everyone.
Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and the hotel smelt amazing. Beds were so comfy and they upgraded us to a interconnecting room.
