I have visited the hotel before this time bar and surrounding area renovations..all the soft comfy armchairs and sofas were gone new seating was not as comfortable ..also bookcase area gone too ..

Unfortunately the published/advertised schedule for the kids club and activities did not align wánd the kids club was not open and the acitivies did not happen.

The buffet for both breakfast, lunch and dinner is great - fresh, great options for both adults and kids. The staff is very nice and attentive.

The checkin experience was a complete disaster, with attendants that were less-than-fluent in English to help us, and who showed below ZERO interest in assisting. Really disappointing. Other staff, later during our stay, were fine and usually at least polite. At the checkout, we again got the subpar experience - it seems that for some unexplicable reason the hotel management chooses to have the least prepared people at the front desk.

Good hotel, with good facilities (yet rather old). Nice waterpark, however somewhat crammed. The breakfast is a complete delight - MANY options, and all really good. The service at the restaurant was also great - completely opposite to what we got at the front desk.

The rooms and swimming pools felt a little tired in comparison to the rest of the hotel. You need a lot more cash on you for towel/pram (80 euros family of 3) deposits than seems necessary for a hotel that should be able to take a credit card as deposit insurance.

The main lobby and restaurant are exceptional, the staff were incredibly friendly and the kids entertainment were tireless and put on a great show every evening.

The breakfast is excellent, the choices are never ending. Gets very busy so get up early. The pool is nice although a little chilly. I would come again but maybe half board as we ate in the restaurant one night and it was lovely.

The facility met our expectations. The historic city center within walking distance. Plus for the possibility of parking a car in the nearby parking lot for an additional fee. Great breakfast.

Nothing against the hotel but towards the end of our stay a very large group of older visitors arrived and the entire atmosphere at the hotel and restaurant became a bit chaotic. Also didn’t help that it felt like we were being judged by these people for every thing we did which was a little uncomfortable so ended up spending lots of time away from the hotel when we just really wanted to chill and enjoy the facilities.

The perfect hotel for a trip to Tossa. The facilities are as described and look exactly like the pictures. The restaurant was lovely with a wide variety of options for both breakfast and dessert and we definitely enjoyed looking forward to what new fish was on offer on the grill as well as dessert. The spa was also great and we had a massages booked which was lovely.
