Smallish window so the room seemed a little dark, but lots of electric lights. Perhaps more loungers/parasols up at the pool area. Front of house staff and porter (Adrian) super cheerful, but would have liked to have seen a smile from the pool bar and cafe area staff (this does not include the chap who seemed to run it).

Spotlessly clean hotel, very helpful staff at the front desk. Not too far out of the main area to walk.

This was my favorite Hotel out of my 48 day trip to Italy, Spain and Portugal and about 14 different hotels. It was very clean, modern large enough for the 2 of us, Great Beds and the Best Breakfast Ever. Can you tell I liked the hotel. I cannot say one bad thing about this hotel. If your going to Seville, stay at this hotel. Joan

Service at the pool bar was exceptionally slow on the evening we had pre dinner drinks.

The layout of the room had been really well thought out. Every little thing had been thought of.

Staying on the 5th floor was a mistake, as they have very small windows and ours looked out into another building, so effectively there was no view at all.

The pool was very cold. Luckily it was warm weather so we tolerated it.

The hotel has a weird system to get a pool towel. You can only pay in cash for a towel, we paid €4 to withdraw €10 from an ATM, anywhere alse in sevilla you can pay by card. Two pieces of paperwork need to be filled out, signed and stamped. It would be so much easier to hand out a towel card when checking in at the hotel. Another thing about the pool is; people put their towels on the beds in the morning and not use them. My sister and i sometimes had to wait for 1 hour to obtain a pool chair. Simply hang up a sign that when a pool chair is not used physically the towel will be removed by staff so that everyone can enjoy the pool.

Service downstairs at the bar and restaurant was slow. Pool are was nice but small.

Location was great, facilities were clean. Rooftop pool was a nice extra, staff were polite. Downstairs bar and lobby was exceptional, clean and fairly priced.

Loved this hotel. Fantastic rooms and bathrooms. Very clean, well serviced. Loved Bluetooth system...very hi tech. Fabulous breakfast. Great staff throughout. Excellent location.

Housekeeping were a bit hit and miss. We had quite an accumulation of bottles in the room that took a few days to be taken away.

I've marked this hotel down one because I pre-ordered and paid for a bottle of Cava to be in our room on arrival. This was supposed to be a lovely surprise for my Husband's Birthday. The Cava however wasn't in our room. I called reception and she apologised then I had to call again and she told me room service was too busy to bring it up! (Although it didn't seem very busy!) We had to go down and get it... Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel. So my advice, don't try and surprise your partner because it's not worth the disappointment ;-(

The rooms are lovely and comfortable & a good size - modern & clean which is what we like. The pool area and terrace are lovely. The staff were friendly. We didn't use the gym as we only stayed one night. We paid for half board and the evening meal was very nice.. service was Great! Would stay here again, but I wouldn't book a surprise!.

the toilet paper could be more than two small pieces, nothing else so that the cleaning lady does not keep bringing

I think that the staff was excellent, very polite and very helpful, i 've been impressed.
