When I went, there was a school trip happening, which sometimes caused shouting in the hallways, and people spoke a bit loudly in the common areas. However, I wouldn't take this into account too much as it was a one-off situation. What disappointed me the most was the rooftop. I thought it would be a place where everyone could relax at will, but I realized that if you don't consume anything at the bar, it's not quite like that. And when the bar isn't open, it stays somewhat closed. As a result, there isn't much common area to stay in. In my case, the common areas always had children shouting, haha.

The location is excellent. The metro is nearby, but you can do a lot on foot. It's next to Gran Via. I stayed in a shared room, but the bed comfort was excellent. The hostel is very organized, and the breakfast is well served.

The AC is not cool enough and the room is quite small.

A bit too pricey for breakfast we paid but I guess we have no choice as we had ours quite early. We went down for our breakfast at 8 am and don’t see much choice except bread, cereal, milk & juice.

No shower curtain, most likely due to the being able to facilate disable people (with the equipment and big space). But water did go everywhere.

Location was great, elevator, private room with bathroom, airconditioning, good amount of space, disabled equipment available. The hostel had great resources for getting to know other people. Great activities, bar and restaurant. 24/7 reception, but luggage is paid lockers. Rooftop had good views with a bar.

The hotel hosts children and teenagers for school trips and they make a lot of noise especially late at night. the acoustics in the rooms are terrible so you can hear everything that’s going out outside. There is a smell of sewage coming up from the sink

The location was great, the hotel is nearby the Main Street gran via, and pretty close to everything (restaurants, shopping etc). The staff were pleasant, they answered politely to every question or request that we had. The rooms are clean and tidy The rooftop is cool, but always occupied by outside visitors so the hotel guests can’t get in. The restaurant is good.

Locker storage system, had to pay for storing luggage after checkout. And it was confusing, you had to select the number of the locker & size and pay in advance, I ended up choosing one too small and couldn't change after, had to go to the reception, but they refunded me. Expensive drinks in the rooftop (5 eur a wine glass) and didn't feel a community vibe, was more if you already had a group.

Great location, clean comfortable room (4 pple) with private bathroom, curtains / outlet / light, private storage under bed, place to hang out downstairs and also a rooftop bar that you could hang out.

Top bunk was sometimes hard/ slippy to get up or down so slipped a couple times and could’ve really gotten hurt!

I paid approximately $100 USD per night for a bed in an 8-bed female dormitory. In all fairness, Taylor Swift was in town, but it still felt like a lot. It also got very hot in our room. AC occasionally worked well in our room, but other people I met in the hostel said that their AC was fantastic. Had to rent a towel.

The internet speed was bad. The rate was less than 1 Mbps/sec for upload or download. I had to leave the hotel to work, when it was specifically billed as "fast internet"

The location felt walkable to everything I needed to do in town, and the facilities were clean and stylish. I would return for something social.

The place was central and a walking distance to most attraction sites and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was easy communicate with everyone even those that did not speak English they were always willing to assist.

I upgraded my reservation from Booking.com, however it was not registered. When I arrived at the place the boss lady at the reception fixed my problem in two minutes and verything was great after that.

Location was perfect. The room was clean and the bed was okay. The staff at the reception was super helpful and friendly. They tried to fix every problem possible. They provided me with all the information I asked.
