Check in was laborious ... What would normally have taken 5 minutes was about 30 minutes ... not sure why.

Breakfast was brilliant...Huge choice. Great Quality. Plenty of seating. Could not fault it. Wake up call was a knock on the door, on time. Thanks! Great position, close to the beach. Right across the road for the bus to Palma.

It was nice and clean and good location but very basic. No bin in room or drinking water not to mention tea or coffee . Would expect these for the rate paid.

The night receptionist, wasn't very welcoming, could of been more pleasant. The rest of the staff in restaurant and morning receptionist were lovely.

Breakfast was very standard and westernised but there was a large selection.

Good location, we walked from the airport and it's 5 minutes from the beach. Room was nice, good TV. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good, I liked that they had local sweets

The shower was rather old and very hard to control; kept running hot and the cold. Everything else was fine.

Great location - near the small harbour with its lovely view, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and a bonus point - just round the corner from the airport bus. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a couple of problems and they were quickly attended to. Beds were extremely comfortable and the whole hotel was beautifully clean. Good value for money too.

Our room was next to a busy street so it was impossible to keep the windows open at night because of the noise.

Very kind and helpful staff. Perfect breakfast! Location very convenient, next to beach. Good public transport access to Palma.

As I said its looking a little tied re decoration etc but is fine for a one night stay. Would I have wanted to do a longer stay? Properly not, but I think there are better rooms than the one we stayed in. A hotel I would say you need to check out and see pictures of the room you likely should expect.

We were just in for one night as planned. Hotel OK. but is looking a little tied. Convenient for the beach and location. Paid the extra for breakfast which was very good. Staff were nice and helpful and it seems well run

Check-in was a long process. Room walls a bit thin - we were woken with our next door neighbours playing "girls just wanna have fun" after midnight!

Well priced hotel that "did what it said on the tin" . Clean rooms (in need of a bit of updating) nice bedding. AC. Fridge. Balcony Great Breakfast. Well positioned.

The hotel is located 30' more or less from palma center,only with a bus. It's a good option if you want to save money. The staff was very helpful and talkative and also the rooms, even though basic, they were clean and organised. The breakfast was good with lots of options and everyone was very polite! I recommend it as a simple yet comfortable option of spending your time next to Palma!

Room 228, has restaurant terrace right outside. Whilst the airport bus might be close to hand, it is no good if you have an early flight

The staff was incredibly helpful from the moment we stepped into the hotel right up until we needed a taxi to the airport for our flight back. The room was spotless when we arrived and the bed was comfortable. Everything was exactly as we needed it.

The Wi-Fi might aswell not have it, it doesnt work properly it's very weak. The showering was a new mission impossible movie each time the temperature of the water is unstable in 5 seconds it goes from africa to antarctica. Everything else amazing :)

Give the cleaning ladies a raise they're amazing, very polite and ready to help.

Beds were not comfortable for us, too hard matrass. Poor soumd isolation,during night could hear everyone walking in the corridor

The only thing negative I can think of is that the view from the balcony is a ragged, unkept, garbage riddled inner courtyard. But we realized that we got what was leftover because we only booked hours before arriving to the hotel

We liked pretty well everything. From the buffets to the pool, everything was more than acceptable. It' about half a block from the waterfront promenade.

Check-in procedures were a mess. Also quite noisy at night, as the building is old and not very good noise insulation.

Very comfortable and large room, they accommodated our third kid very nicely :) Early departure was not an issue as there is always someone at the reception ready to call a taxi for you. Perfectly convenient hotel for getting to the airport, but also nice village on the seaside with many nice restaurants around.
