GermanyPool..I booked this hotel thinking tbat the children are allowed to swimm at any age ..for this was NO information(maybe I have not seen), on the website regarding the age resctriction ..but then was sad because my niece was already 9 years old and ready to swimm but sadly she was not allowed. For this.. kindly include on ypur website about the age restriction!!

Rooms were as described although I'm quite sensitive to cigarette smoke, this is non-smooking hotel, and I smelled it in hall by elevator. Love the outside courtyard and resteraunt and bar. Room had all you needed. Good TV, shower beds and windows that open is a huge plus.. Mall next door is a huge plus..

The hotel was handy to the airport with a regular shuttle bus, except for certain hours which you had to call the hotel and organise it to pick you up. The beds and shower were good. A good hotel airport

We booked this hotel which is close to the airport as we had a early morning flight the next day . The beds were large. The dinner was about 16 Euros and worth it , it was a very extensive buffet+ selected main course .The kids' meal was about 12 Euros ,my children enjoyed the dessert section the most ! There is a very large shopping center right next to this hotel ,whether it is clothes or food there is everything you can think of . The free airport shuttle was a huge plus point especially early morning time ,the driver was very helpful with the luggage.

AustraliaThe spa in the hotel was lovely but it wasn't mentioned that by using the facilities would incur a 10 euro charge for every visit and also a 3 euro fee for a bath cap that is compulsory.
This location to the airport was great. The free shuttle bus to and from the airport was very handy and the huge supermarket and surrounding shops close by were a bonus.

New ZealandThere were no amenities inside the room - drinking water, toiletries. Staff said we can't request for jugs of water from the restaurant to bring to our room so we bought a 1.5 litre of bottle of water from the bar for 3€, which was only 55 cents in convenience stores. Also, the a/c wasn't blowing cool air in the room, probably couldn't cope with the 28 degree days while we were there.
We enjoyed our stay at Alexandre Frontair Congress. It's close to the airport (handy for our next flight), shuttle service was very useful. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we need facilities-wise. The bed was a good size too. Hotel staff were helpful and courteous. There was a pool and spa facilities which were extra services available for a fee but we didn't have time for a swim or soak. Breakfast buffet (extra fee) was good value for money with the selection on offer.
