Nothing comes to mind that was too negative or needs much improvement.

Good location by the bus stops and easy walking distance to supermarkets, shops and beach. Room was spacious enough with all the basic amenities. Bathroom is clean and sizable. Overall, good for a few days of stay; functional and reasonable. This room has a balcony which may not face the sea but still has a good view of the pool. Receptionists did their best to answer questions and hep check-in.

Lovely welcoming staff, two great pools to choose from and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Our room was well equipped, comfortable and clean. We didn’t use the gym, pool table or ping pong but it was great to have them as an option.

For April 2024 there is a pretty big construction works near hotel, so it is loud if you plan to work from pool in this year is not the best option i think.

Breakfasts are great. Highly recommend to book breakfast included, worth it 100%, location is also nice, special with the sea view.

Pool was always in the shade - not much you can do about it. Car parking was tight - again, it is what it is... Occasional late night noise from across the road - Cafe Romantica... but hey ho, others were enjoying themselves....

Good location, although the new hotel next door has on-going working which was noisy - only one really bad day though. Room was fine, should have booked a slightly larger one - my fault. Breakfast was great - as was access to beach. Relaxing sun lounging area - nice cocktails!

Pretty noisy during day time because of the neighbours who were building, they began quite on time, very squeaky beds alot of light coming in when the sun comes up.

Awesome location, quick walk and your on the beach, had an awesome room that I could watch the sunrise. I loved that I could reserve a parking at the hotel itself.

The location is quite noizy, so you can't sleep with open windows. You can hear neighbors too well.

A very good location, just near the sea, close to restaraunts and shops. The room was clean, light and spacy. A nice view. Good breakfast. The pool at the hotel is nice and clean, with a nice space and deckchairs around.

On arrival met (I couldn’t say greeted) by unfriendly woman with an attitude I don’t know why it may have been because I’m travelling solo I’m 77 & travelling the world for 60 of those & never received a non welcome like that Whatever her experience of customers it doesn’t justify projecting it onto new people That’s what professionalism is

The outside of the property is quite charming, a more traditional feel with lots of lovely trees around & in the general area Nice to have a path to the beach behind the pool Good breakfast & friendly staff Cleaners excellent In centre of Paguera beside shops & supermarkets & restaurants

Parking facilities are very limited and very expensive for what it is. There is no guarantee that you'll find a spot at the hotel. Better off parking for free on the street up ahead.

The room service was top notch. The laundry facilities are very useful.

We were next to the metal steps which was very noisy when they were used. The sound proofing could have been better, we could hear everything up above and on every side.

Great location for everything, the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Good spacious balcony. Overall a good hotel.

The only negative is that a nearby hotel is having extensive renovations so there is construction work noise at certain times of day at the pool area. Though this did seem to be at limited times of the day.

This is a superb hotel,  very clean and excellent staff especially Raul the night receptionist. Great location , just of the high street ( don't follow Google maps if it sends you up the hill stay on the main road and turn  at the motorbike hire shop) . Very convenient Passage at the rear to the beach too.  Breakfast was very good .

The hotel basement parking lot. Very difficult to navigate, specially because there's only one gate (same gate to go in and out of the parking lot) and it's very narrow.

It was exactly as depicted on the pictures. Very friendly and helpful staff. The price and quality of the hotel makes sense. Overall would recommend if you have rented a car to travel to and from the hotel.

Customer service could be improved. When I arrived late I felt unwelcome - no hello, had to ask questions about facilities, where to find my room, breakfast, I needed an iron which I had to book but then I was given one. It was just one person who wasn’t friendly others were great!

Great location! Nice big balcony, comfortable bed and good shower. Amazing breakfast! Super close to the station - direct buses to Palma and airport.

Staff at the reception was not talkative at all. Room was clean but basic.A bit noisy, doors are not properly sound isolated. No free mini refrigerator. Would be nice to have electric mosquito killer device,not just spray.

Good location, bus stop at the corner, beach 1 min walk. Breakfast and dinner was delicious, good variety of local and international dishes.
