We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur pillows smelt a bit stale. They were clean and so was the bed but it was as though they’d been stored for a long time. I have no doubt they would have changed them if I’d asked but I was tired.
We booked a one night stay economy room to break our journey so we were not looking for a sumptuous room with a sea view. We got what we paid for and were very pleased. Meal in the very pleasant restaurant with impressive views of the Ebro Delta and harbour was very good. We had monk fish and puréed buttered potatoes. Wine was good and very reasonable.

SpainThe outdoor pool is quite small for the size of the hotel, but very handy for a quick swim. It would be good if there were more hammocks by the pool, there are only 12 so they are usually taken by the first guests. A few more would make all the difference. We used the car park, but only on the first day. Unless you have a very small car, it is very difficult to access and the parking spaces are quite small. I would strongly recommend parking in the streets nearby.
The room was clean and quite spacious, with partial sea views. The air-conditioning worked very well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Breakfast was buffet-style with plenty of choice and good coffee (Nespresso). If you choose half board or full board, set menus are available with three choices of starter, main course and dessert. Half board is usually dinner, but it is possible to change to a lunch option instead, which gives you the flexibility - just ask in reception. The hotel is right on the seafront and you can walk along the promenade in both directions, either towards the centre of L'Ampolla (approx. 600m) or in the other direction as far as Lo Goleró, which was about 2km. There is a small beach just across the road from the hotel.
