While we were happy to respect the rest hours as requested, we didn't know exactly when they were. ended up losing some coffee/food we bought because the kitchen was locked at 8 in the morning when we left. it would be good to let people know even approximate times for rest hours for planning.

Beautiful property in a great part of town for exploring. our room was situated next to a fairly busy street, but it was still quiet enough with the shutters closed to get a great night's sleep. the bed was comfy too (and my partner has a bad back). I couldn't get over the tiled tub. we also were there in the heat of summer and the thick walls made it so that AC wasn't a necessity at all.

It was very cold at night! Despite the blankets, I was cold while sleeping and in the bathroom the window was open to the roof and I couldn’t close it, so it was very cold getting ready. I didn’t see a machine for heating or AC.

Location is great, and the check in was remote and very easy. Flexible checking in time. Decoration was nice.

We were greeted wonderfully and helped with parking the motorcycle. Nico showed the house and told a short story of this house. The room had everything you needed. The next day Nico kindly allowed us to leave our things in the house, since we had to do to the Alhambra early and would not have time to return before check-out

The owners are super lovely and very helpful, both of them! The house is beautiful and you can't get a better location. Parking is possible right outside the quarter next to a football field, which is still less than a 10 minute walk to the hotel

Lovely location in Albaicín - super friendly staff who couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was classic beautiful Moorish style with a comfortable bed and was very cool even during hot days. Loved my stay, the place is serene and beautifully decorated.

It's a really nice experience to stay in an old typical house with the fountain courtyard at Albaicin, the location is really nice to have a walk to all the monuments and viewpoints, also the bus stop is just in front of the house if you want to visit the city center or Alhambra. The hosts are nice as well :)

This location could be a bit noisy, as the streets are narrow and the traffic is frequent, while the house itself is not well isolated. So, if you are more sensitive to noise, I would suggest bringing earplugs.

Very nice traditional old house in the central area of Albaicin. We enjoyed the neighborhood and the pleasant walks in the surrounding area. The rooms are equipped with very basic things. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen.

The WiFi didn't work and there was no service in my room (room F I think) so I really had no connection during my stay there. WiFi is in my opinion the bare minimum in any place I book while traveling, so this was a disappointment, especially when they don't make you aware of it upon booking. I also couldn't figure out the hot water in the bathroom closest to mine—apparently the hot and cold water sides of the hand dial are swapped and you need to leave the water on for several minutes before it warms up but they did not make me aware of this when I got there (why not just have a sign in the bathroom that tells you this?). Finally, my room was right next to the kitchen and bathroom, the door of the latter screeched very loudly when it opened so I woke up a number of times throughout the night whenever somebody used it.

Amazing location, very clean, and really cool & beautiful place overall. I met some of the staff and they were also nice.
