The bed was extremely uncomfortable as too hard. Location also poor as no facilities near by- need to drive. Also no proper beach nearby.

It is easy to see why there have been comments about flying Golf balls. The netting which is in place to stop the balls flying into the pool area is poor & in parts is non existent. Whilst this is not the hotel's responsibility they should be pushing hard to ensure gusts are completely safe.

Excellent selection of breakfast food with good service times until 11.00 AM Pool bar staff attentive & efficient Easy check in & check out.

The hotel is very pretty and well designed. It is located very close to the beach and has a small but nice pool to entertain. They are snacks and drinks to enjoy while swimming. The room we had was super comfortable with sea view.

I wish they had a kettle in the room. It was a shame that we arrived around 10.30 am we asked if we could have breakfast as we’d booked B&Q but we had to pay, I did say that we’d only have one breakfast out of 2 included as we were setting off in the Sunday at 7am but the receptionist said no we’d have to pay.

No information is displayed with reference to entertainment in the evenings. I missed the Flamenco on Friday. No plan of hotel or grounds to find your way around. I noticed tea and coffee provided in the afternoons in the adjoining seating area to bar, but wasn't sure if this was just for all inclusive guests. No decent beach close by. Bit of a walk to any shops or restaurants.

Clean, spacious hotel, not too big where your just a number, plenty of choice for breakfast. Large bedroom and bathroom. Nice pool area with sound of bird song. Good bar area and pretty terrace. Guest toilets very clean

Hotel room was good, bed mattress was hard and you could not get many stations on the TV. No kettle and tea and coffee facilities.

Was told by Booking.Com that cash was not accepted for hotel payment, only card, this is not true, we have always in the past paid cash, I had drawn out the from my bank to pay for it, then had to pay it back into the bank loosing money in doing so, so when I was asked if I wanted to pay cash or card, I was annoyed.

Everything was fine, it was our 3 rd visit, always excellent value.

Large bath/shower but difficult to get in or out of (especially challenging for the elderly or disabled) or even reach taps because of large immoveable glass panels. Window curtains impossible to close fully thus allowing exterior light into room all night. Tea/coffee making facilities in room would have been appreciated.

Clean, reasonable size room and terrace. Spacious and comfortable inside and outside lounge areas with excellent bar service. Very large choice of food available at mealtimes. Adequate car parking.

The only main criticism is some of the food was only warm / tepid,so had to use microwave.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in all areas . The all inclusive drinks were a great choice of brands Plenty of choice in the restaurant.
