Property was located right on the beach with a supermarket and restaurants beside it. The apartment was clean, modern with a large balcony with sea view and a rooftop pool. Would recommend staying here, particularly good for a group as it has 3 bedrooms.

En-suite bathroom water pressure a little low. Suggest mirrors in twin bedrooms as there were 6 of us we were queuing for the mirrors.

Apartment is beautiful with stunning views. Well equipped kitchen area. Spotlessly clean. Nice stroll to the Old Town along the beach. Highly recommend.

Minor issues really but noting here so Alex (owner) can address them. The showers ran out of hot water quite quickly with no instruction on how to get more hot water. The owner was still making the beds on arrival when we just wanted to relax and enjoy the start of our break. Car parking wasn’t clear so there was a brief mix up there with the entrance gate and which bay to park, and on departure you need to exit the car park with the key fob and then return the key fob to the apartment (could this be a simpler process? Even maybe leaving the key fob in the post box) These minor points shouldn’t stop others booking though, just ask Alex and I’m sure he can help.

The cleanliness was very good and the views from the seafront balcony and the main bedroom are superb. Overall this is a lovely place with good quality fixtures and fittings.

Pool was small & lovely, but disappointing as on our first visit, there were bird feathers floating in it (Think they had, had a bath in there!) Also, the decked floor was damaged in several areas - with holes broken through, which were quite dangerous if you put your foot through! Also no loungers - just tables and chairs. Therefore , we didn't use the pool area, (just the beach, as it's straight across the road), so not sure if it was cleaned up - during our stay. We thought we had a safe in the room but couldn't find it - so either it was very well hidden, or we were mistaken.

Great Location, on Poniente Beach Front with a fabulous balcony and View. Beautiful, modern and very clean large apartment. Fully equipped kitchen with full size fridge/freezer. Two great bathrooms with showers and plenty of space.

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our mini family getaway. Space was excellent 3 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms were perfect. The stunning sea view from the large balcony was incredible hearing the waves in the evening was icing on the cake! Alex the host was so understanding when our flight arrived much later than expected happy to show us to parking for the rental car and had a bottle of wine to enjoy on our first night. Loved the apartment highly recommend.

The apartment was in a perfect location with a very accommodating host and immaculately clean. We had comfy beds, fans in the rooms and everything we needed supplied. We were right on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sea - we will be back next year!

Roof top amazing and definitely had the wow facture. but in need of some repairs ie, sun loungers in need replacing, tiles missing in pool, some holes in the decking need repairing.

The apparment was spotless, up to date, spacious, could'nt fault it.

the house is wonderful, we liked it so much, and the swimming pool is amazing. Next time when we go to Benidorm again, we’ll definitely book it again. Besides, the landlord Alex is a very nice and cute person, though he’s little bit shy and not talkative, we all like him so much.
