The apartment is very well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay: equipped kitchen, dishwasher, even washing machine 😀 the apartment is situated next to the beach, closer to center, restaurants, Esplanade, harbour, taxi station, bus station. Next to the apartment are markets shops , pharmacy, everything you wish! Even if they say do not have parking for cars , if you rent a car you can park to the beach parking for very cheap prices.

Room is not comfortable for 3 people. Some things in the apartment were not working e.g. light in bathroon, door lock. Couch that was supposed to be additional sleeping bad was very uncomfortable.

Reception is helpful and resposive, there is a locket when you can leave your luggage after clocking out.

You use an application to get into the building and room. In case you forget your phone inside, you wouldn't be able to enter but the code number can be memorized so all good :)

We only stayed for two nights but would definitely stay again if we ever go to Alicante one more time. The location is great, the apartment itself as well.

A few damages like broken towel rail. But nothing serious.

Great location, a few minutes walk to the beachfront or to the city centre with lots of restaurants (first one is in the same building). Also a bus stop Porta Del Mare for bus C6 which takes you to the airport is just on the other side of the main road. Apartment a bit dated but very comfortable with firm bed, large duvets, DeLonghi coffee maker (pods were provided for us) and a bottle of water. Great value for money.

The location was great. Just in front of the beach and supermarkets are besides the apartment. If I travel again to Alicante I will choose again this apartment.

Smallest apartment i have ever seen. We were with our 11 years old son.The bed was only for one person to sleep well, very small bed for two people.the sofa bed was ok. Bathroom was so small with broken dustbin.extra pillow for sofa was sooo dirty.coffee machine was not working🙄🙄

The only thing we like is the boy who answered the phone and i think his name was viky

Very good location. No need to use keys, you can open the doors by application on phone. I even got the coffee,water, and ice inside the freezer. I'm satisfied with the hospitality. Thank you really 👍🏻 I recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

No information about where the switch is for the heater for the hot water, found it by chance or how to use washing machine, dishwasher or coffee machine. Also no sweeping brush to use when you brought half the beach into the apartment

The whole room smelled of humidity. We had to leave the toilet air vent running in order to survive our stay. Even so, our clothes got the smell of humidity. The furniture was worn and the arm holding the tv set collapsed while we were watching tv. The owner initially refused to handle the situation. The handle of the bathroom door got unhinged from the humidity.

You will regret booking here. Yes, the location is great but please read the part of the things we didn't like and take a l ook at the photographs.

communication of the stuff was unclear and evading. dirty and sticky floor. old sofa with stinky pillows. bathroom fungus in the shower cabin. very bed noise isolation. impossible to rest well throughout the night.

There was no TV remote so couldnt watch TV, although shouldn’t matter when you’re on holidays but some nights I just wanted to relax at home after a big day of exploring. The apartment I stayed in looked right into other apartments. otherwise great apartment to stay

Great location, right across from beach. Easy walk around old town and all the sites of Alicante. View of Santa Barbara Castle from the window. Easy self check in and Washing machine in apartment C6 Bus stop to airport across the road. Marina just a short walk if you want to get a ferry over to Tabarca island for the day

this is a very cold welcome: no relation with the owner/manager, even not a single bottle of water. communication is very bad: tons of messages repeating the same and finally, the key system doesn’t work!! I was asked to order the kitchen and to remove the garbage when leaving without polite formula. this is not in the initial information about the place and I refuse to do that. pillows are harder than a stone freezer is very dirty the apartment is supposed to have a lateral view on the sea. it has a view but you have to go over the window!!! the view is just basically on an awful and dirty balcony in front!! équipement of the kitchen is over basic: just one mug for instance.

The apartment was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. The location was unreal. So close to everything. The beach was at your doorstep and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Check in and out was a nice simple process. I loved that we didn’t need to take a key with us at all. The space was lovely, the air con was ideal. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

We had a whatsapp message with a code to gain access to the keys, very simple and easy to follow. The beach was a few minutes walk away as was the old part of town, which was perfect. There were plenty of shops just metres away to stock up. We had an excellent view from our balcony of the street below and the town hall square, which was fantasic at easter during the processions. Bed was comfortable, shower was good. Fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, all we needed, We will definitely stay here next time we visit Alicante. Hosts extremely helpful and friendly.
