loved the decor, the breafast room, the terrace on the roof. very good breakfast. you get to choose your eggs, you have all the usual stuff +little sendwiches and different pastries. stuff were great, very pleasant and welcoming.

The bathrooms need upgrading for a number of reasons including badly designed shower doors.

The hotel is located a block from La Rambla and very near the market which is an excellent place to eat and drink, much better than at La Rambla itself. We'd stayed here previously and liked the hotel which is why we came back.

The hotel location couldn’t be better. 2 minutes from Las Ramblas, 5 minutes from the famous amazing food market , and just 15 minutes from the busting port , Cathedral , and othe attractions - breakfast were also very good

Our room was a little on the tight side, but we opted for economies so you get what you pay for

The decor of this hotel is absolutely amazingly beautiful. I just could not help looking at all the wonderful details, the mosaics, the lighting and beautiful wall sculpting. The breakfast was excellent and the location just off the Ramblas could not be bettered.

The pool was smaller than I imagined and there were no pool towels on 2 of the days we were there, which was annoying. Our in room refreshments wasnt replenished on 2 days either but the staff did send this up when requested. As we were so close to las ramblas, there is a bit of noise at night too but it didnt last too long.

Hotel was nice, clean and centrally located. Breakfast was really good with lots of options, make sure to check out the cooked breakfast you can order, as we missed this the first morning. staff were helpful and friendly too. Hotel bar was upstairs on the roof terrace, which was nice but be aware the drinks arent cheap here.

Room was a little noisey with the cleaners and other guests moving around in the morning but we just got up and got on anyway.

Location is excellent, just down a side street off La Rambla. Away from the crowds. Nice ambiance in the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar really nice, although no views up there but they’ve made the best of what they have. Bed very comfortable and nice shower too.

Personally I prefer other locations in Barcelona like El Born or Gracia. In saying that it was easy to get to these areas walking or via public transport.

This was a great hotel to stay in. Just off the busy La Rambla, this hotel is a quiet little oasis. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all that we needed. We didn't try the breakfast as ate out at bakeries most mornings, and didn't check out the roof until the last day, which was lovely, we wished we had looked up there earlier!

The roof terrace was much smaller and more crowded than the impression in the pictures. A room with a view to an interior court means a room where you can hardly open the window because there is noise from the building sharing the interior court and where residents live. What you see is the residents' balconies (within 10-15 yards) and rather prefer to have your curtains down. I wanted to buy breakfast but it was expensive for what was offered and I preferred to go out. No ironing service. During my stay, the desk clerks were only men (at points I wondered whether it was for safety). Most of them were very nice and accommodating, but a couple showed a patronizing attitude and preferred to avoid them (went to the cleaning staff when my card key was canceled mid-stay). No coffee machine in the room.

The building has a very beautiful airy interior architecture. The cleaning staff was extremely helpful and amiable. The hotel checked me in a couple of hours before the check-in time. With several exceptions during the night, it was generally quiet. The room was small but had all the necessary amenities: good lighting, a bathroom with shower, a small working desk, a bit old TV, a tea kettle, free water, and free juice bottles. And air conditioning!

The lift needs to be repaired cause it was a bit slow and you could see a lot of the guests got agitated but was manageable 😃

The location is perfect ,the swimming pool great especially with the opening hours and the hot scorching weather when we were there and also the housekeepers were amazing with ensure our room was cleaned up properly.Big shout out to the bartenders at the rooftop bar they are magnificent 😍,accommodating and passionate about what they do.

Whilst the location was convenient to La Rambla, its was on a side street that was not very nice, particularly at night.

Low WiFi speed. No smartTV (no YouTube, no Netflix); it’s just an old fashioned TV. Roof terrace was poor. Over furnished. The pool was more like a tub.
