Water from the tap is not drinking water, though bottled water is provided in the room.

Check-in was very easy, though unmanned a that time of the day. Instructions very clear to follow. Room at the rooftop spacious and with kitchenette. We have not used the kitchenette. If I had needed, a microwave would have been very useful. Breakfast was very good. I usually stay on the sweet side, but there were some good things also on the salty side, so I made a well deserved exception. Location: you may not go to Mallorca to stay in the middle of the countryside, but at Mater you are really dominating an ocean of land. At our time of year green, turning in front of our eyes to gold brown while the corn around (mixed to trees) was ripening. Very beautiful. Place is very peaceful. Ariany is almost baricentrical in Mallorca, so you are close (or far, depending from your point of view) to everything. Staff really very friendly and helpful. Mater is completely accessible, swimming pool included. Wi-Fi is good. Bathroom: good shower, basin in the sleeping room. You may like it or not. In some circumstances can prove to be useful. Your mileage may vary.

Beautiful and unique place, with few rooms, quiet and surrounded by greenery. Very nice place to stay with small kitchen. Staff were very nice, flexible and tried to make the most of our stay. Room 11 was beautiful with nice Terrace. We will come back as soon as we can :)

Water bottle not replaced after the first night, smell in the toilette (sewage related), password for WiFi wasn’t promptly provided / made available in the room (had to ask for it on the second day), pillows weren’t particularly comfortable and couldn’t be replaced apparently

Kitchen could be better equipped with some basics such as salt, pepper, oil, etc. Some more plates and cutleries would also be usefull

Very nice and beautiful place to stay. Friendly and helpfull staff. Ariany is located in the middle of the island, therefore all locations are literally within an one hour drive. Very convient.

The only room for improvement would be sorting out the kitchen area a little where appliances may have leaked in the past. Possibly providing a couple of things eg salt, sugar and a couple of dishwasher tabs, etc to get you going when you first arrive and it's too late to get to a shop. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable as has been mentioned by other reviews. There is also only 1 English channel - maybe that's a good thing as it meant we watched no tv... These are really minor points for a really amazing place.

Amazing place and views. Really wheelchair accessible everywhere which was awesome. We were really surprised at how much thought and effort had gone into it. A really relaxing place to unwind.

Parking can be a little tricky. Wifi is slow. Toilet does not flush well.

The surrounding environment was so relaxing and quiet. The rooms are big. Interior are modern. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for family with children. Breakfast is very good. Staff are friendly.

Perfection! Mater Ariany really is a beautiful oasis of tranquility. The rooms are airy, spacious, well appointed and immaculate. The grounds and pool are pristine & well maintained, offering fabulous views across the country side. The staff were wonderful & the breakfasts fresh and tasty. 100% relaxation. We loved it.

We had an amazing time at Mater Ariany! The location was perfect, very quiet, peaceful, and close to the main attractions. The breakfast was very good, and the staff very nice. I really liked the pool with a beautiful view :) I would love to come back there!

Our room was a bit dark and although I appreciate that the bathroom was wheelchair accessible, it seemed very cold and hospital like. All in all the room could use some decorations. Our dishwasher was missing the upper drawer, which was a but weird. We stayed with our baby and they didn't offer anything for her for breakfast. All in all I don't think that the price fits.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful place. The pool is great and it has a wonderful view. From outside the hotel looks very nice. Our room was big and the kitchen was well equipped. The breakfast was good.

Breakfast was rudimentary and I'd have preferred fresh, rather than frozen, fruit (strawberries etc) Our Spanish is basic .... as was the hotel staff's English, so communications were good but not seamless !

The staff were very noisy , just general chatter but it was annoying and unprofessional. I prefer staff to be seen and not heard, they prefer to talk like they are at a dinner party and shout orders around to colleagues which needs to be addressed as it has put me off staying there. Breakfast was 5/10 nice but lacking.

This is the third time we have stayed here and its just as good as before. The self check in was easy and the place was immaculate as always. Great location if you like peace and quiet when the staff leave.

The bedroom seemed to become hot in the evenings and the Air con unit didn't work. There was no staff around in evening to check ask about it.

The place had a nice airy and clean feel to it with all the essentials you need in the kitchen. Breakfast was delicious and lovely pool area.

It would be helpful to have more vegetarian options for breakfast. However the chef was more than willing to make something special on request.

We stayed here for 4 nights to attend a family wedding in Sant Joan. We had a clean, comfortable and spacious room with a kitchen and a terrace. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay again.
