The food was not very good but was good value. Most of the staff were very friendly but one member of staff at the reception desk was not at all friendly and not very helpful. My wife is has arthritis in both knees and cannot walk very far and finds stairs extremely painful to use. The most logical access to the spa was by the disabled lift next to reception, but I was told the lift was not working.

The location was perfect and the hotel was very relaxing. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the sea view from our balcony was superb. We very much enjoyed the spa and the Chiringuito Club bar/terrace.

Need more choice at breakfast. Also not happy as the price we paid on Booking.com for breakfast and dinner is equivalent to the rate for Premium all-inclusive had we booked direct with the hotel. So feeling ripped off.

The breakfast - more choice needed for people who don't eat pork or eggs. The location of the hotel is excellent

The noise of the building works. A nasty smell in bathroom, the facilities being closed eg spa. The food in restaurant was very poor and catered for the many elderly spanish guests.

The FOOD! The choice was not good - one meat dish, one fish and one pasta every night and mostly pork. The restaurant staff couldn’t seem to keep up with replacing empty trays. They need to open restaurant earlier as people were queueing before 8, especially ones with children. Nice touch was the wine machine! We ended up going out for some dinners as we couldn’t face another dinner there. An indoor bar would have been good. In October , with some cooler evenings, we didn’t wasn’t to go out to the bar all the time.

We had a lovely room with beautiful views. There is lots of space throughout and many places to sit so nowhere felt over busy even though the hotel was busy.

Food was not amazing.

Very affordable. Room is budget friendly, while location is great. Pool/beach combo were awesome. This is a great pit-stop on a road trip.

The room that we had was right next to some ac units, so was noise, my bed had a dip down the centre, the pillows are the worst I have used in a hotel. The breakfast was very basic, coffee the worst I have had, I couldn't drink it.

The location, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice outdoor pool, and right next to the beach. Rooms ok with a balcony.

Lack of staff at the bar, very little entertainment and not a huge amount of choice at the buffet dinner. Dinner was also served from 2030 which is quite late when you have children.

Location on the beach is perfect. Room was clean and comfortable and very quiet.

Food was terrible, long lines for 30min just to get to dinner or breakfast. Worst food that we have had for a veeery long time. If someone is booking this vacation, book it only without food. Huge problems with parking, if you can try to book in advance (20eur/day)

Old and broken shower head splash water all over the place. Hope the problem was only in our rooma, but someone could spend that 5 minutes and 10 euros to change the simple shower head. The check in personal should know how much is the cost of the breakfest, I belive it's not an out of the box question to ask:) Room service staff is nice and friendly but to enter to the room at 10 o`clock on saturday morning to ask if we are leaving today, is not the nicest thing to do (check out time is 12 o'clock).

Perfect location, nice sea view. Free parking in front of the hotel. Good quality windows in the room- no sea noise in the room. Good air conditioning. We had a good sleep. The hotel is old (oldschool) but it's clean and mostly ok.

Key-cards didn´t work repeatedly and long queue in reception; to get a sunbed (3€) you have to stay twice in queue at the beach bar.

Location on the beach; very nice service in the restaurant and in the bars, very good espresso.
