Poor electric supply repeatedly cut out every day of our stay, mix up with our payment when arrived bill was a different amount to what we paid via Booking.com. Upon checkout we were charged twice for breakfast and we only chose to eat once at hotel as very dissatisfied with our breakfast & service .

Poor service at breakfast was not explained very well at breakfast . Not offered what was available on menu had a long wait for coffee was not offered a second drink

I had noticed that on one of the photos of the rooms there were two sun loungers on the balcony, this must have been for the Suites only? The majority of the rooms, including ours, have Juliette balcony's.

Such a beautiful hotel and the location is fabulous, the breakfast was lovely and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The Roof Terrace is amazing with wonderful views. Estepona old town is stunning, we will definitely return and will more than likely stay in this hotel again.

I loved everything about this Hotel it is just beautiful fabulous location amazing staff each and everyone of them I can’t remember all names apart from Celia who went above and beyond for us The hotel is absolutely spotless there are different restaurants and a beautiful roof top terrace to start off your evening or finish your day all in all we are just back from a fabulous holiday and have to say staying in this hotel contributed to our enjoyment we will definitely be back Thank you to all the beautiful staff that we had contact with

We did not have breakfast but enjoyed dinner in The Fusion restaurant upstairs, also a family dinner outside in the hotel's section of the square. Food was delicious, staff were very attentive and helpful in menu choices. We absolutely loved the terrace bar, Maria is a treasure. Coopers Barrel also deserve a mention, Daniel in particular as he organised wine, a cooler and glasses to our room to entertain guests. The front of house staff were so welcoming. Our room was well appointed, great air conditioning, products and dressing gowns.

Everything is was ok except the information on parking and this is the fault of Booking.com. We all know that parking is always scarce in Spain. It is difficult to drop the bags at the hotel and then park because streets narrow. Where the hotel does not provide parking, booking.com should provide info on where to park in a public or private lot so one can park the car first and then bring the luggage. Booking.com should also provide further info to drop the luggage nearest to the hotel before parking. this info is available at the hotel but such but is not useful if it is not available in advance.

The staff was extremely helpful and the place was clean. The hotel has a beautiful restaurant on the roof but this was not mentioned in the info provided in booking.com.

The only addition which would have been nice in the rooms would be a full length mirror and a bit more storage, more coat hangers, drawers etc. A pool would complete the deal but this is not possible in the old town.

The hotel is well situated in the old town. There was a space for mum to park a mobility scooter and the lifts were always working. We had 2 rooms with a connecting door which was lovely. Good choice of restaurants at the hotel as well as nearby in the town. The staff were excellent, helpful, courteous and made our stay very special. They were very thoughtful and treated us like one of the family.

Cold beans every morning I had them and when I informed the staff they were cold they warmed them up and the rest of the food was cold when they brought the plate back

The location of the hotel and proximity to the beach wascexcellent. Breakfast could be taken outside the hotel and it is waitress service to order. Spacious room. Very friendly helpful staff. Fragrant hotel. Located on a lovely square with lots going on. Short walk to park the car. Lovely beach. Hotel has its own pub and a lovely rooftop bar.

As the square is so popular it can be quite noisy until around midnight. Firstly the sound of street musicians and latterly the sound of tables and chairs being cleared away.

The location was excellent as it at the centre of the best part of Estepona. The square is a popular location for having a drink or meal and to people watch.
