We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff were very welcoming and available. The breakfast was exceptionally good value for money. Car parking available on site at no extra cost. Toiletries provided were exceptional for 3 star hotel.

For the price it was all very good. The staff did not, as a rule speak English well but I spoke Spanish well enough. Breakfast was a bit of fun. The attention to detail, we did not ask for extra pillows but we used the extra blanket to raise the one they supplied. The next day, they gave, without asking, extra pillows. Had I asked, I am sure that would have been OK. Also the night receptionist was very good and we had a nice chat with them and it helped make that stay much more personal. Free, no deposit, safe key!

SpainRoom 201 was next to the lift which was noisy. The bed was ridiculously hard, may have been better sleeping on the floor.it had one long pillow not singular. The refrigerator did not cool. Very noisy at night with external noise. The city view was a car spare parts, tyres, bumpers doors etc. on the opposite roof from the room window.The so called balcony was no more than a foot wide. The walk in shower was a step over the bath no anti slip mat. The bathroom door frame had dry rot. The whole building was an echo chamber, "NO SOUND PROOFING AT ALL", we were kept awake by the amorous sounds of a couple engrossed with each other at four in the morning, cats wailing and noisy motorbikes. In it's day it would have been lovely but it is now a tired building
Staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean but basic. Situated quite close to the sea front. A continental type breakfast which was ample. Free parking outside the hotel when spaces are available.

SpainBathroom; frightened to flush, as water pipe sounded as if it was going to explode and bring the ceiling down. Poor toiletries, 2small pieces of soap, and 2 toothbrush's no shower gel in despencer. Breakfast; no choice, member of staff asked if we wanted juice, toastsda, coffee. When served she came with a small plate of meat. Very disappointing
