Absolutely nothing.

The property was in a renovated beautiful old building (with lots of charms) great location right in the centre of the plaza de Poeta literally just behind plaza major. The apartment was spacious beautifully decorated with taste and very bright with large windows and great views. Bedroom was large and very comfy with very good bed linen. Kitchen and bathroom super clean and very modern. Good communication with host.

Not great communication with accessing the apartment, room not as soundproof as would like, Wi-Fi issues not sorted. Great to have clothes washing machine but no way to dry clothes.

Room was great, view was amazing and location was fabulous.

Fantastic location, beautifully decorated, everything you could need, quiet and the public entrance and lift were great. My only comment that is slightly negative..no bedside lights only very bright overhead and no switch by the bed to turn on and off.

My husband and I loved our stay at Mirador del Poeta. The location is priceless. The apartment was amazing, and the amenities were great too. The aparthotel is new, and everything is greatly taken care of. The location at the Plaza Mayor is unbeatable, being within walking distance of everything you might want to explore in Salamanca.

Very minor: the washing machine is great, but there’s no dryer.

I liked everything about this property, location, the place , the views but the only reason I’m giving them low stars is because we couldn’t take a shower cause the shower was overflowing I called but apparently that is not an emergency so they didn’t do anything.

Could only connect one device to internet. Checkin process needs to be more workable for those not travelling with an international phone plan on their cells. Advance info on parking options would be helpful.

Modern renovation; ideal location for experiencing Salamanca - steps away from Plaza Major. Comfy bed and great rain shower. Nice size with very pleasant view on the square and nearby churches.

Too little hangers and shelves or tables to put your things. In the bathroom and in the room you keep wondering where to put your things. The lift broke a couple of times due to high temperatures but the staff were accommodating and helpful at all times.

The air-conditioning is no where near powerful enough to cool the apartment in Summer. There are no fans in the apartment and the windows cannot be left open because there is so much noise from the street below. We did not sleep well at all.

The property was really close to the Mercado and the Town Square. The studio was really well appointed and spacious for 2 people. The coffee machine worked well. Good amount of towels

Communication with the property was confusing, with staff coordination issues hindering effective communication. Prior to my trip, I inquired about an earlier check-in due to early flight arrival and a conference in Salamanca. The property advised me to confirm the possibility the day before. However, despite checking with them, they were unable to accommodate an early check-in or store our luggage as promised, causing inconvenience upon arrival. As a native Spanish speaker, I experienced added frustration with communication at the property. Despite my efforts to clarify details in my native language, staff coordination issues hindered effective communication, resulting in the mentioned inconveniences.

El Mirador del Poeta exceeded all expectations, delivering a perfect experience just as anticipated. During our delightful three-day stay, we found ourselves within walking distance of everything, rendering the car unnecessary. The beds were remarkably comfortable, and the breathtaking view of Plaza Mayor added an extra touch of splendor. One small piece of advice: if you desire a view of the Plaza Mayor, be sure to pay extra, as the default view overlooks a charming small plaza in the back.

The only thing that was difficult is we had a problem with the wifi connecting to our mobile apple devices, I think it was an issue of our devices, because the wifi still functioned on our computer. The staff was quick to help us connect to the free wifi of the tourist office near by so we still had access to wifi!
