Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

CroatiaDuring my stay, I couldn't sleep a single night, the insulation between the rooms (and hallway) is very bad, especially if your neighbors (other guests) are rude, inconsiderate, and don't know how to behave, as was the case with us. The pillows were uncomfortable.
It is located in the strict center, close to everything. Location is perfect, 10/10. The facility is very very clean and new, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent air conditioning (both heating and cooling).

NetherlandsThere is a green exit light above the door in the room which is very bright, so the room never gets dark. Definitely bring a sleeping mask and you will not notice anything. As a solo traveler I had a single bed room. While the amenities were great and they made the absolute best of the space, it was quite small. A bit too small to my liking (and I’m not a tall person), but I also had cycling gear and stuff with me, so I had to manoeuvre myself around the room and got a bit cramped. The hotel is an old house so they made the best of the space though. If you come for a road cycling holiday and have a bike to store, this is not the hotel for you since they (obviously) have very limited storage space.
It’s really new, lovely building with wonderful history about the Flamenco singer & dancers. The hotel has 8 rooms and are all names after one of them. It’s an absolutely great location! Formal but helpful staff (and very much thinking along for storing my roadcycling bike as they have no storage room). Bed was really comfortable, Shower was great. BelgiumI rarely book properties with no rating, but this time I did. It happened that I was the first guest, the opening day basically was my check-in day. The space is beautiful and location is right in the heart of action în Malaga. I love the concept, as the entire project is a tribute to the original owner of the house, a local flamenco star who lived for and surrounded by music! As a music lover myself this was a great addition to the charm of the place. The staff is super professional and warm. I had a rather bad arriving hours and they tracked me to make the check in possible (passed 2 am) They have assisted me with several other topics and I’m so grateful to have picked this place for my staying!!

United KingdomRoom was extremely small. Smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Bathroom so small that the washbasin was in the bedroom area. Very limited storage space (not even any drawers) and no hairdryer.
