There are no windows in the bathroom which had a damp smell. We left the door open to help reduce moisture and this aired the bathroom and reduced the smell.

Great little apartment in a quiet area. The location is perfect for exploring everything in Cordoba. Plenty of street parking and you won’t need to move the car. The apartment has everything you need to cook simple meals.

This place is fantastic! All flat was super clean, and you can find there freebies like ice cream, water, coffee and so on. In the apartment was absolutely everything you need. It is realy pity that we stay there only one night, but for sure it is the best place in whole Spain. Parking is for free next to the apartemt, and you need max 5min walking to be in the center of Cordoba. We met Monica, who was super friendly and we greet you warmly! 11/10

The bathroom ventilation can be improved with an extraction fan as it is built in with no window?

We like the deco and furnishings of the apartment. The host is so thoughtful providing ice pops and a big bottle of water in the fridge for the hot weather and various types of coffee capsules to the great delight of my husband, To my surprise there are even extra virgin olive oil pods. I packed a bottle of 250 ml for our trip. After 5 weeks travel it was down to its last drop so that was God sent. The location is great, close to the historic centre of Córdoba, the Mosque-Cathedral is 5 minutes walk. Car parking is easy off the street where the apartment is, The bed is comfortable. Before we arrived, the host sent all the information of interesting places to visit. We have planned our trip based on the Lonely Planet Spain and Portugal Road Trips but they didn’t mention the Madina Azahara and and Almodovar Castle recommended by the host. Madina Amhara is an archeological site and interesting to know as part of Córdoba’s history as the first Muslim capital in We visited both thanks to the host’s recommendation.

I had an incredible stay in Córdoba, and I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough. The place was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The location was also excellent, situated in a central area with easy access to all the major attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The property owner was exceptionally kind and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. From providing great local tips to being available for any questions, they made our stay truly memorable. Everything about this place was perfect. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-located place to stay in Córdoba with a wonderful host, this is it!

Cons: absolutely none!

This place deserves 11 out of 10! - everything in the flat is new, modern an well-thought (practical!). - everyting is spanking clean. - bed and bedding is comfortable - the flat is in a residential apartment building and residential street = quiet! - location is wonderful as the Cathedral is across the river (easy to walk back for a siesta) - plenty of free parking in vicinity. - easy communication with owners - extra points for having clothes’ steamer! Big recommendation from me!

Juanjo was a brilliant host. Very helpful and provided loads of information. We really appreciated that he left his fsmily lunch to sort out car parking for us due to changes in availability. Our apartment was fantastic, great location, clean and comfy. Can highly recommend a stay here.

We had a great time here! Only 5 min away to the hystorical center, on the other side of the bridge, in a quiet and nice area. The apartment is new, very clean and equiped with everything you could need, from tea/coffee and down to a medical emergency kit. The attention to the little things made our stay perfect! The host was very nice and proactive and offered us a lot of usefull tips and recommendations. Also, the bed was changed to a larger one and it is very comfy. A big bonus is the free parking on the street or in a parking lot nearby. I would not hesitate to book again and I highly recommend it!

We had an amazing stay that far exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect in a great neighbourhood with a short walk to the tourist area. The apartment was beautiful and there many little touches that made it exceptional (great coffee, lovely decor, the apartment even smelled beautiful!). The hosts were great with communication and Monica was at the apartment to greet us with the keys. She helped us to find parking and we were quickly settled in. We highly recommend this accommodation.

There was a very strange smell coming from the bathroom, might have been be cause of the lack of air circulation or because of some disinfectant, but it was pretty annoying.

The apartment is modern, spacious and well equipped. Very comfortable for two people. The location is great, the apartment is close to the city centre. The host was kind and helpful.
