The layout of the place can seem a bit crammed, but it was fine for us since we were mostly outside. The neighbourhood is not the greatest, but overall feels safe for pedestrians, for cars maybe a bit less. Only thing that was missing was a hairdryer or we couldn't find it in the place.

Good location, in a walking distance from the main sights in the city. Very clean, despite its size and with everything one might need for a night or two. Comfortable bed. Parking on the street is free.

There was no window and the room is very little so it’s a bit claustrophobic. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a sort of curtain. But for the price is fine

The automatic soap in the lavatory is not adequate, because the lavatory is very small and we are constantly activating the soap, and is not handy. It is just a small detail.

The location was excellent on the other side of the river and the main tourist area, we parked outside the house every day. The house is compact but it has everything that you need. It was very clean. We would return, Would recommend.

The room is so clean and the size perfect for 2 person. Sofa is comfortable. They have 2 trash bin in the room (it’s important to us). Close to mercado. 15 minutes by walk to center

The pillows were very uncomfortable (too big, we had to sleep on the couch pillows) and the bed was too soft which made it hard to sleep for 2 people.

The pillows were too rigid and the mattresses were too soft for us. This is the matter of individual preferences, however - we like the pillows to be soft and the mattresses to be rigid, but I believe there are people who like it the other way around.

The apartment was very clean, the whole place was very good arranged, all the equipment was on its place, the host was very helpful and immediately responded to all our requests. The parking is no issue at all.

The beds were very uncomfortable- particularly the top mattress in the bunk, however both were poor quality. The check in process is done remotely and this was a little stressful for us as our data wasn´t working- you need to make sure you have a working phone for the check in as far as I can see.

The manager was very helpful and provided lots of information about the surrounding sights and activities. There was a fridge in the room which was very convenient for us and meant we didn´t have to eat out as much. The airconditioner was excellent and worked very well despite the extreme heat.

Needed explanation regarding signs requesting toilet paper to be put in a bin and not flushed.

Aircon very efficient in very hot conditions. Basic facility but to be expected considering the very low price. Free parking was easy to find in the surrounding streets.

As many guests have pointed out before, the matress on the double bed is a nightmare if you're two in the bed. If you're one, it's fine. At least the matress was soft and .comfortable, but you falk into the middle. Ricardo told us it was going to be changed.

Loved the location in a quiet neighbourhood and the possibility to park the car safely outside the flat. The flat itself had everything one could possibly need during a stay. There was even a washing machine. It was very well equipped, and the only thing it didn't have was an oven. But who needs that 😉 All information regarding check-in and the flat was done over WhatsApp. Ricardo sent us a lot of useful information regarding being a tourist in Cordoba. The restaurants recommended were great. It was very clean inside the flat and the price was very likeable. If we were to come back, El Buho de Cordoba would be our first choice.

No window Smell of the MOLD High humidity in the room To ventilate the room the door has to be opened, although there is a small window on top of the door. Very tight room and the bathroom. Luckily we spent only one night there.

The check-in instructions were very clear and we received all the information on our phone. Communication with the host was very easy and informative. Ricardo was impeccable and exceeded our expectations, with lots of tips on what to do in the city and the surrounding area, as well as tips on where to stop the car and how to get to the center the quickest. Very bad experience ..The owner kept me waited outside in 40 degree temp ..his maid was rude ..she doesn't know how to talk to the guest ..after a long time the maid gave us another apartment without Kitchen..I booked the apartment no 122 with kitchen cooking facilities ..the owner gave me no. 68 ..The owner is really really rude ..His property has no worth and he doesn't respond to problems ..His property is just like a home stay ..please block him
