From the minute we got there we were made to feel welcome. Josep is a most gratious host as is Vince his helper. This is such a beautiful place. Perfect to disconnect. I am a lover of all animals and there were plenty to see, from furbabies to Donkeys. The cabin has everything you could possibly need and more. The stove fireplace makes it so cosy. The room is so beautiful and I think I could easily have spent many more days there. They also have a BBQ area, where in the summer months you can prepare a lovely paella and so much more. We were given plenty of fire wood at no extra charge. You have to travel down a dirt track but this is absolutely no problem just take it slow. I will definitely be back and can highly recommend this little piece of Heaven on Earth ❤️

Be prepared for many sounds during whole night- frongs, donkey, cock and etc.

We liked the unique rural place, actually because of our kid - donkey, dogs etc. She didnt need TV 😀. Also kitchen is very good equiped, you can have very nice dinner and Breakfast outside.

We spent an amazing time in Eco Moyano. It is a very quiet and calm place, ideal to relax and clean up your mind from all worries. The location is perfect to discover beautiful areas and natural parks. Breathtaking city Ronda is only 50km away, perfect for one day excursion. We loved the atmosphere and beautiful garden and of course all the animals. Great place for children. Looking forward to returning to Eco Moyano next year!

This place was brilliant - if you like going completely off the beaten track, down a dirt track, about 5 miles from the nearest town. It was a paradise. Donkeys looking through your bedroom window, beautiful gardens, lovely people running the posada. You need to bring all your own food/ drink but there is a stove top and a good fridge. We loved it !

Lovely gardens, amazing escapade. House is nicely decorated with a well equipped small kitchen. Very peaceful and tranquil setting. Great bonus is that it has a pool. Josep is really friendly and makes you feel really comfortable and welcoming.

Some may find it too far off main roads. We liked that.

Super friendly, relaxed, birds in garden, quiet location, excellent bed, everything worked. Free clothes wash. Very good walks and food in local village.

Our own car!

We are really struggling to recall hosts we have ever come across who were as nice, thoughtful and helpful as Eve and Josep. They really did all they could to help us find the place after we, our own mistake, got lost at one point. The effort, also for our small car, which was not really suitable for local dirt roads affected by recent rain, was certainly worth it. It is a lovely spot, immediately infecting you with its tranquility and sense of relaxation. The only sounds are those of the amazing variety of animals on this eco-farm, and those of the surrounding countryside. We were there mid-winter and needed to fire up the woodburning stove quite a lot to keep warm, but again part of the basic life you instantly get used to, and Eve and Josep would constantly make sure you had an ample supply of firewood, when they were not offering you fresh farm produce such as oranges, mandarins and eggs. If you prefer five-star modern hotels with all amenities in metropoles, forget about this place, but if you enjoy a laid-back stay in the middle of a wonderful, and wonderfully silent, Andalusian landscape, go no further (which in any case would be rather hard ;-) ).

Everything! A completely unique experience. After many Spanish cities and white villages, to finally have the chance to truly “be” in the country was a sensual delight. You have to earn this pleasure. We traveled down a dirt road, meeting cows, sheep, and burros along the way. When we finally arrived , we were greeted by Eve and Josep, the proud owners of this oasis. Although it is a farm, and in certain ways rustic, it is also luxurious. The shower was hot, the bed and linens 5 star, the wifi, tv, all functioning! There are so many walks to take nearby of varied fauna and flora. Birdwatchers delight! Watching a sunset while strolling through the ancient olive and orange groves is unforgettable. I could go on forever. I must also say that the hosts are generous, engaged and fascinating. The breakfasts featured Eve’s homemade pates, marmalades, and jams. Eve and Josep built this place from the crumbling remains of an old farm and they have created a unique environment to share with the lucky ones who choose to stay at Eco Moyano Posada.

A beautiful, tranquil retreat with exceptional owners that went above and beyond. It has to be one of the most relaxing stays we had. With the stunning lakes that surrounded the area, the peaceful gardens, the beautiful Lodge, the resident peacock, the fun the children experienced in feeding the resident farm animals, the involvement and kindness of the owners made the stay incredibly special!

If you have a 4x4 vehicle you will find the final part of the road to the hotel to be easy going.

A charming welcome from the lovely owners of this very special countryside retreat. If you want to really get off the beaten track and find a peaceful spot to reconnect with nature and animals, this is the place. Whether you are vegan or not, ask for Eve's special Vegan Mushroom Pate to go on your toast for breakfast, it's absolutely delicious. We loved meeting the peacock, chickens, goats, donkey, ducks and more!

Eco Moyano is in a beautiful area but the views are limited. The track to the property is a bit rutted and could be a problem if there were heavy rains.

Very natural location with lots of animal life.... lovely to wake up to cow bells, frogs croaking and donkeys braying. Josep the owner is so nice and very attentive. The wood burning heater in the studio is very effective and the bed is super comfortable.
