Very central, close to everything and next to the bus station. Nice historical building and huge apartment with artefacts from the past.

The bed makes noise by even a slight move. The shower water is not that much and no places to put the shower gel and other stuff, only some hooks to hang clothes.

Very good location, 5 mins to the San Telmo Main bus station to go everywhere. The staff Serena and Alessia are super friendly and helpful, and inviting me to join their trip to Agaete and some attractions on the west coast of Gran Canaria, where it's difficult to arrive without a car. I really had a great time with them!

Amazing place, amazing view, the rooms and the rest of the place is very big and roomy and the rooftop(s) are simply fantastic. Will come back for sure. Only critique is the beds were very squeeky which can be a hassle for light sleepers

All very friendly staff, Elisa, Dafne and Paula were very welcoming and the hostel was in a very good location for experiencing the island as it was near a main bus station to travel around the island

I like that the property is centrally located with an easy access to public transport. I stayed 4 days in room Isabella. I found my room to be comfortable and spacious with all the necessary furniture and kitchen and bathroom organized and clean. I love the rooftop area as well, especially the swings :) The staff was kind and always there to be involved in the interesting conversations, giving tips and inspiring the fun stay in Las Palmas. Next time I could definitely visit and also work a bit from there. Would love to have a better internet connection at the roof top though and refreshed sitting area :)

Okay for several days, 1h on foot to the big beach in Las Palmas, 40 mins to smaller one. 30 mins from the airport, 1h from Maspalomas (by public transport). You can leave your food in the fridge, friendly mennager and volounteers. No windows in the room. Beds need a change - if you move a little bit, you wake up all people in the room - its so noisy and makes you feel uncomfortable.

The room is a bit noicy, we woke up every time somebody walked in the corridor... take earplugs

Good hostel with friendly host at an ideal location (close to bus terminal, shops, restaurants etc.). Nice building, easy check-in process etc. Got towels and a hairdryer, which was nice. Also the Rooftop terrace is nice.

Rooftop and living room are very cozy and amazing. The staff and volunteers such as Ayuz, Jenny and Connor had been amazing. They created very cozy atmosfer and facilitated lot of fun activities.

The amount of toilets and showers could be bigger

I’m really glad that I stayed in this hostel! The rooftop (or I should say two) was an incredible place to hang out, chill in the sun. I want to mention that social activities guy Connor was so good at his job. I’ve met a lot of incredible people because of his ability to organize and create activities for us, never felt bored! Thank you!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I appreciated the variety of activities offered by the hostel, which were well-organized by Connor. He was highly attentive and supportive ensuring that guests had a great experience, considering their preferences for places to visit and creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for everyone. Soo the bathroom door locks are broken. It didn't bother me too much and I never had a problem, but I don't get why they don't just put some hooks. No wifi on the 2nd rooftop level

The rooftop is super big and two tiered. You can at times smell the McDonald's exhaust, but it didn't bother me. The kitchen is clean and decently spacious. Overall the hostel was clean.

I think the Hostel needs a bit of maintenance. The kitchen does not have a tee maker which is not nice to boil water in oili pot. Toilets do not have a lock and share. The rest is acceptable and no problem for a hostel. The desk in the room is small and there is some cockroaches which you are afraid of putting your bag on the ground.

The staff were very nice and the people were also good. The location is great if you don't want to be at the beach the whole day because it is on one the main centers ,near to bus stops and shops.

There are boxes but you need to have your own lock. No towel. The street is noisy. With closed window and door there isn't much air in the room with many people.

The pillows in the bed are bad. The showers are a little tiny and claustrophobic. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Far from playa Canteras. But nothing that would put me off staying here again.

The old building is very cool. The rooftop terraces are huge and really nice to drink a coffee there in the morning. The staff are very warm and welcoming, this hostel always has a good vibe. I would particularly recommend it for solo female travellers or young couples . The private rooms are good value for money .
