We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We have stayed here many times It is VERY convenient for the airport. It's very Spanish with not much English spoken , which is part of its charm . We like sitting outside with wine n tapas with the locals . They now do an evening set menu ,which looked good but not cheap. Rooms are good n beds comfy -tv on the wall (Spanish only) excellent hot shower with shampoo etc provided. Friendly staff.

United KingdomOn a busy road and flight path into alicante , don't expect peace and quiet , rustic spanish style ,maybe your thing , too old fashioned for me , you can walk to alicante airport it's about 4km but cv852 is a busy road
Good open Internet, good size double cafe restaurant downstairs 24 hour reception essential so close to alicante airport bus and torrelano train station close by ,it's a functional airport hotel , at first no hot water but staff very quickly rectified issue

FranceNo tea and coffee facility in room. Room very small but it was an overnight stay for the airport, not a two week holiday, therefore just what we needed.
Restaurant café attached to the restaurant the san rafael, was just downstairs so you could eat and drink. Hairdryer in room, elevator. Some sachets of shower gel, shampoo and hand washing soap as well as clean towels were all in the room. Off street parking for a small premium. Staff were friendly.

Due to being on a Main Road and close to the Airport it was obviously very noisy from early in the morning. A lovely restuarant/bar is attached to hotel. I was only there overnight so it suited my needs, but if longer the morning rush hour would wake you up.
