We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandOur room was at street level and one could feel a bit overlooked as the street is only a few meters away. No laundry facilities at the hotel, no dishwasher, cooking utensils were quite old and in need of replacement. No washing up liquid which of course you can buy in the supermarket 5 min away, but it is a nice thing to just have for the guests.
Very spacious and clean, with a lot of storage space which is not always the case with short stay aparthotels.I will very likely stay again when visiting family in Santander, was a lovely place overall. The beach is 5 min away at a lazy pace.

United StatesThe noise of showers and toilets running, whether in the apartment, or another visitor's room, could be heard directly. Thankfully, other guests were quiet and respectful so, if some walling was a bit thin, this was never a problem.
This quiet hotel's location was fabulous: across the street from the most gorgeous home of Santander, one minute from the beach, two minutes from restaurants and eateries and frequent inexpensive buses to every part of central Santander, three minutes from the preserved beautiful white Baroque Casino area, and in walking distance from the downtown (via the reopened ancien tunnel). The daily cleaning staff was very industrious, impressive given the "apartment" status of the room. We have stayed in 7 other places in Santander, and each time there has been some modest noise, from buses and motorcycles. But, at this place, it was dead quiet at night (except for the occasional seagull) even with the windows facing the back and side of the hotel being wide open.

United KingdomThe place was spacious with a big bedroom and a nice living-room with a sofa bed, a television and a kitchen with a microwave and a hub. There was also a terrace of a decent size. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is great, just a minute away from Playa del Sardinero, the best beach in Santander. Within walking distance there are plenty of restaurants and bars, some of them with views to the beach. I will not hesitate to return to this hotel if I'm back to Santander. Excellent stay!
