Unfortunately air conditioning kept us awake as it was lifting the bathroom ceiling panels however we didn’t inform staff so can’t complain as I am sure they would have done something.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful at all times. Lovely sized apartment with everything we would need.

The Wi-Fi could be better, from the living room was so weak. On the balcony was the strongest.

Furnishings could be upgraded, the shower could have been cleaner, our room wasn’t serviced during our stay, kitchenette could use basics like salt and oil but the cafe staff let us use some!

Great pool that gets sun all day, 24h desk, kitchenette, useful facilities, really nice location for getting around by bus and going to the beach. The staff were helpful and accommodating, the cafe was convenient for coffee in the morning.

The pool attendant was rude and miserable . Also the position of the sun beds was terrible packed in too close together and you were not allowed to move them which was a hazard especially for less mobile people there wasn’t any space between the beds and absolutely no personal space at all which spoilt the experience and made you feeling self conscious.

No kettle. No salt, pepper included. But we went downstairs at the bar and they gave us some. The option to eat at the bar are basic sandwiches from the supermarket but very expensive. 6 euros vs 2-3 euros at the small food shop 5min walking.

I booked a flat with pool view. At the end we also had a beautiful view on the sea. We had the top floor so the place was quiet. The two persons at the reception were amazingly friendly. Great location: The flat was located 5min walking to the main beach, and restaurants. 10min-15min walking from the bus stop from Palma airport/city. Apartment was like on pictures.

The pictures do not really show a true reflection of the apartment, the kitchenette was hardly fully equipped. There wasn't even a kettle until I requested one and not even a wooden spoon or a spatula for eggs. I struggled to put a breakfast together. We requested a ground or 1st floor and was given a ground floor, however there was no view as such and very noisy with guests walking past our bedroom and bathroom windows. It was also on the main road. Drainage seemed to be a problem, as there was often an awful smell in the bathroom and no grab rail in the shower, which proved a bit of problem with my disability. The snack bar could have had more choice.

Easy check in and check out, reception always manned and staff friendly and cheerful. The apartment was clean and had air con, although we did not use it. There was plenty of storage space in the bedroom and the shower was good. The location was ok, but we thought there were a couple of restaurants near the little beach, one had sadly closed for good and the other two did not serve food in the evenings. We used the main beach, which wasn't far and ate in the restaurants nearby. Other lively bars are a cheap taxi ride, or walk if you are able to. The pool was nice and had the option of sunbeds in the sun or shade. There were plenty of them at the time we went and also plenty of umbrellas. The snack bar was clean and staff could not do enough for you. In fact all of the staff were lovely.

While we were there we ate in the cafe once, but half the menu isn't actually available, and what we did order wasn't really worth the price. It was the same quality you can buy yourself at the corner shop (tortilla and hummous, etc). It may have actually come from a shop instead of being made at the hotel, but not sure. The property also allows smoking, and it did bother us if we had the windows open or were sat on the balcony or by the pool. These things might not bother some, but for us it decreased the experience just a bit.

Excellent location close to the beach but in a quiet residential area. Close enough to shops and restaurants without being right in the center of the busy areas. Views from the balcony and windows are beautiful, and it's a quiet place to stay, so very relaxing. The pool area is nice and clean, and there was always room for us to have two poolside recliners with an umbrella. In the apartment there is enough kitchen equipment to cook all your own meals. Overall it's a nice basic apartment with everything you need to enjoy a week or two weeks' stay, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Our apartment was on the ground floor so we had a terrace which was facing a road, right beside us. At times it was very noisy in the night/early morning. There was on and off a very bad smell of drains both in the apartment and on the terrace.

The location was just perfect. The staff were very plesant and more than helpful. We had a late flight home so it was great that we had access to baggage storage and also showers with towels provided. Pool area great with plenty of beds and umbrellas.

The kitchen floor cleaning before arrival could have been better - there was a squashed blueberry near the fridge. Also there were some marks on the curtains that I'm sure could have been gotten out by cleaning. It really was just a few little bits like that that slightly let the place down. However overall a great, simple little place to stay.

Property was easy to find and, although it didn't have any free parking (you could pay per day to have one of their parking spaces) there was plenty of on-street parking nearby and a large, free car park just down the road. Reception was friendly and showed us how to find our apartment. Apartment was perfect for us - big enough living area with table and chairs, sofa, flat screen TV, kitchen area, terrace with table and chairs and a bit of shrubbery for privacy from the pool area. Large shower in the bathroom and big enough kitchen to prepare food. Kingsize bed that was fabulously comfy and also flat screen TV in the bedroom. Lovely looking pool with plenty of sun loungers. Located in a residential area and was quiet. Close to a small cove with a beach that was lovely. Overall a great place to stay for a quiet and reasonably priced stay.

Apartment with a pool view was great,,plenty of utensils and crockery for a self catering stay.a toaster,coffee maker,fridge,microwave and we asked for a kettle,which was supplied with no charge…the living room has a sofa bed which serves has a settee,a 50 ins tele on the wall,with English channels,table with 4 chairs..the bedroom had a king size bed,iron,ironboard ,and safe in the wardrobe which also had draws inset,it also had a smaller wall mounted tele…the balcony overlooked the pool and we were on the ground floor..the Flipflop is situated on the quieter side of the Santa ponsa bay,but it’s only about 20 min walk to the other side..there are plenty of restaurants and cheapish bars within 5 min walk,and most of the restaurants do takeaways..the Flipflop group have recently taken over this complex,and seem to improving it every day,such as supplying breakfasts and snacks,and they have opened a bar,,,the staff from the manager to the cleaners etc.are all very pleasant and courteous,with nothing too much for them,,we had a great 11 night stay,and would recommend the Flipflop surfing playa.

Location wise It was a bit far from things, which might have been a good thing in the end, because it was quieter but we did not see the beach and had to walk 8 minutes there. The difficult thing is that this property (and I have this problem with others as well) advertised that they have air conditioning but they do NOT have air conditioning (in May). All the rooms are set to the same system and we were only able to turn on the heat, not cool air. I asked for a fan, which they thankfully provided, and slept with the windows open, which felt felt a bit dangerous since we were on ground level and also could hear all the planes going all night.

This place is great value for money. The bed was VERY comfortable! The pool was lovely and the apartment was very big and had what we needed.

Pool was not open but not the fault of the hotel as local guidelines don't allow opening before 01 April. Towels or bedding were not changed during our 5 night stay. Bedding was fine but fresh towels would have been nice.

Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Up two flights of stairs which was fine as we do not have any mobility issues. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for 1 week and cooked food by ourselves. The kitchen did not have any salt, oil, tea, soap for dish, so you had to buy them. Sometimes we feel damp smell in the bathroom.

Short distance to the main city of the island. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Close to beaches. Nice people at the reception who helped to solve any issue and gave advices like where to park the car etc.

Bed mattress wasn't much comfortable. Air-conditioning a little bit noisy. Sofa bed not very convenient for sleeping, so our little son slept with us in the bed.

I liked the sea view the most! My room was upgraded to sea view one with no request even! Thank you🫶 The personnnel is very helpful and guest oriented. The cleaning service is very good. The room is well designed and organised.
