We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyFurniture in the room looks rather old and damage and the beds are not comfortable for two people (couple). As they are two individual beds put together, there is a huge space left in between the beds and they drift apart in the middle of the night.

The location is very central, and we had a balcony with a Seaview (obviously, you pay for it). Breakfast was OK, Hotel needs some cleaning and decorating, but staff were lovely. A plus for us was they take 🐕 dogs, we have a little dog.

SpainI didn’t like the cleaning of the bathroom, the facility needs a bit of maintenance, especially the bathroom and the windows. Very noisy sometimes because of old sound proof systems.
I liked the staff hospitality and the location of the hotel. Very quite area during the week, low season.

United KingdomNo mini fridge, maybe more available at breakfast nothing cooked, bacon, scrambled egg would have been nice. You paid as you arrived, we are used to paying on departure. Also drinks from the bar quite expensive and no free tapas. 🙄
The location was ideal, right in the centre. They accepted dogs, so that was a big plus for us. We had a room with a balcony and seaview, the view was amazing.

United KingdomThe hotel decor /room is very dated & could be improved. Asked for extra pillows prior to arrival & none provided. If you have to park nearby unless you are lucky it will cost a fortune- forty four euros for the night. Find a hotel with parking would be my advice

2nd stay here. The fabulous location makes up for it's sometimes no frills facilities. This is a very quirky family run small hotel that we love. Will definitely go back next year. Views from the sea view rooms are spectacular.
