The location was amazing and the staff were so friendly and accommodating in every way! Absolutely beautiful views and two mini shops both less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Open restaurant & too windy (that's just not too logical, espcially in an island like this) Breakfast, dinner: there wasn't a lot of selections and what's more; many times food was not refilled or if yes, we had to wait for it.

The most amazing hotel,such a beautiful place it was very calming and welcoming. I’ve never stayed in such a beautiful hotel everything was just perfect the rooms are very big and spacious always clean the grounds of the hotel are very well kept.I a big shout out to all the staff who go above and beyond a big thank you to Paulina and Anna for looking after us they couldn’t do enough for you the housekeeping team also the staff in the restaurant table service bringing you drinks was amazing the food was so good all fresh and very tasty every night was a different theme from Mexican to Italian to Chinese everyone was so friendly a must place to visit we will be booking back very soon ❤️Arran and Stewart ❤️

Adults apartments give you some privacy and you can really relax on a patio having your own sun loungers. Rituals toiletries was a nice bonus to our stay. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere in the entire complex as there weren't many kids in the hotel so you could feel like in adults only hotel. The deco was really nice and modern. The restaurant might be windy at times so bear in mind that a jacket or a sweater is necessary especially during winter months. In terms of food, the selection was small but adequate to the hotel size and number of quests. The food was always freshly made. All inclusive drinks: they use local brands,but drinks are still nice. You can take drinks to your room, unlike it was stated in other reviews. In general it was a really nice and relaxing stay. Finally, the hotel staff works really hard to make all guests happy. Wholeheartedly I can recommend this hotel!

Beds were prepared every day but with the same linen. In 7 days we would like to have new bed linen at least once. Towels were changed when we asked for this

Food was really dissapointing. We had full board service and I wouldn't recommend this option. Coffe in the restaurant was very bad, all day fish tasted the same and deserts... Well, I wouldn't call them real desserts. Service in the restaurant was quite poor. We had all soft drinks with full board included, but after getting first drink, you need to go to the bar and ask for refill (and sometimes nobody comes to serve you for 5 min...).

Rooms were spaciuos, in general area was clean and quiet. Breakfast was quite ok (I would say 7 out of 10). Pool was with additional support for disabled people, but it was small and not very attractive to swim.

We were caught out by the cool breezy restaurant during our stay. We had not taken the necessary clothing to dine al fresco.

I would describe this Hotel as almost a 'Boutique' style it has a very relaxed vibe, rooms are very large with a very good bathroom, clean and well equipped. restaurant is more al fresco cafeteria than your normal Spanish hotel restaurant, light and breezy. Food is very good but also limited in choice and variety. We both enjoyed our dinning experience, but could see it would not be to everyone's taste. Pool area is small yet functional, no day time activities to mention or evening entertainment. Great if you want a very relaxed laid back holiday, as we did. Not for fun seekers who wish to party all the time.

The dining area is not very appealing even if it is always clean and tidy. The lights are too bright and you get a feeling you are in a school cafeteria rather than in a cozy hotel. The food was ok, not much variety and could have been so much better with little effort.

Not a problem for us as we’d hired a car, but it’s a 13 minutes walk to the nearest volcanic beach and a 20 minute drive to the sandy beaches further south such as Jandía.

Staying in the Adult-only rooms - quiet, spacious - gorgeous light-filled, curved mosaic walled shower. Private patio area. Half board - good variety and plenty of choice for evening meals. Warm and friendly staff. Sensible bar prices. Clean, quiet hotel. No smoking around the pool.

Big size room, comfortable beds and sofa. Nice balcony with chairs and table to relax if not by the pool area. Food - average, nice variety, drinks of good quality. Rooms are attended to daily.
