The pool was not working while we were there and the dinning area gets a bit cold as it is open to the elements.

The cleanliness, the staff, the size of the room, the food was superb

Noise from the room above us. Cats all over the property. People at the front desk were not very friendly and borderline rude. Only the European guy that checked us in the first night was considerate and helpful. He even had a nice salad waiting for us as we arrived after supper had finished

The pool was a roof top pool it was a nice area we just didn’t use it much as they’re are also many gorgeous beaches in area so we took advantage of them

Spacious , clean comfortable rooms with a nice hot shower . Cleaning daily if wanted . Food was fresh and tasty with a decent selection at breakfast lunch and diner . Staff very friendly . No complaints here .

I liked it all .

The hotel was lovely , very clean and calming , the dining room and canteen area was well organised , the staff was so friendly and helpful , food and drinks was nice too - the pool area was so clean , we walked for 15 mins to the beach and a local spar shop … we will be returning there soon .

It's too quiet for us.Also it's located on the aptly named mosquito road and we were bitten numerous times.Bring insect repellent. Food was just OK- never hot enough The salads were nice but food not hot enough was very disappointing. Also there is no lobby and the only real communal area was the bar restaurant which was only open for food times. There was a pool bar upstairs and people could meet up there.The pool wasn't heated.

Nice clean modern all inclusive hotel Staff are good and keep the place very clean and drinks service in the eating area was very good. It was good value but fell down on some things - see below.

There were a lot of ants in the room, the buffet food was often cold, and location is not very practical. Not too expensive so good value for money overall

The restaurant is open with a couple of skylights. At this time of year it could be cold and open to the elements at times. As there is no communal lounge area, people would tend to remain at their table to drink and socialise, therefore making it difficult to find an available table. The only option is to return to your room/patio.

The hotel is clean, quiet and modern. The staff are friendly and attentive. The All Inclusive is good - there was always a good choice. The drinks options are also good - wines, beer, a couple cocktails, whiskey Cream etc as well as soft drinks and ice cream tubs in the freezer. Only a 15 min walk to the beach. New Years Eve Gala Dinner was excellent - including a greeting and welcome by the management team. The hotel is an excellent choice for it's accessibility.

Food choice quite limited. Walk to beach was not a pretty walk, but beach was really lovely if you continued to walk along it once past hotels

More water dispensers around the hotel would be good - and ideally they'd allow you to fill your own bottle from them (they have signs up asking you not to). The pudding selection at meals was poor (very much packet frozen desserts rather than anything fresh).

The hotel was lovely and modern. We stayed in a premium suite, which was huge - the private outdoor terrace area was a particular highlight. The pool and the terrace around it was also a really nice place to enjoy the sun. Most of the food & drink was brilliant... especially the freshly cooked meats and vegetables.

Super nice and comfortable overall, rooms with good areas and nicely designed. The staff is extremely nice and professional, the best aspect of the stay. The food available at lunch and dinner varies everyday, it is good but not extraordinary, and it's noticeable they make an effort not to waste food, which is great. The location is perfect if you have a car, with the closest beach of Costa Calma only 3 minutes away (perfect for relaxing) and the extremely beautiful beach of Cotavento less than 10 minutes away (perfect for having fun and enjoy it's beauty).

It was a little boring, there were no events at the hotel.

The rooms were very clean. The rooms were cleaned every day. I also liked the food, it was very tasty and there was always fruit. The waiters were always very polite.

Lovely property, food very nice for adults, perhaps need better selection for children under 12 years, pool lovely but no floaters allowed kids bit disappointed, close to bus station , convince shops near by , over all lovely family accommodation

The food in the restaurant was pretty much the same all the time; our main issue was with the cooking style; the food was overcooked for our taste. You could eat it, but it was not to our liking or excellent; it was just OK. Also, I think there is a lack of fresh green food and too many carbs every day.

We liked the room, which was always very clean. We also liked the pool and the hotel's style. The hotel is situated in a nice, quiet area. The bar opening hours could be extended, and some launch seating areas would be excellent for guests if provided.

Open restaurant & too windy (that's just not too logical, espcially in an island like this) Breakfast, dinner: there wasn't a lot of selections and what's more; many times food was not refilled or if yes, we had to wait for it.

Food was really dissapointing. We had full board service and I wouldn't recommend this option. Coffe in the restaurant was very bad, all day fish tasted the same and deserts... Well, I wouldn't call them real desserts. Service in the restaurant was quite poor. We had all soft drinks with full board included, but after getting first drink, you need to go to the bar and ask for refill (and sometimes nobody comes to serve you for 5 min...).

Rooms were spaciuos, in general area was clean and quiet. Breakfast was quite ok (I would say 7 out of 10). Pool was with additional support for disabled people, but it was small and not very attractive to swim.
