The hotel appears to me to be much about its central location. The services were good but not luxurious. in particular, the breakfast was standard. I tried to order alcohol but was unable to get it.

Location. One can walk to a range of shops and Gaudi buildings within seconds.

Beds were too firm and pillows too soft

From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional in this lovely boutique size hotel. Location was fabulous and rooms were lovely. Small but well positioned pool with great seating. Lovely rooftop restaurant and bar. Would definitely come back.

We had a great stay here in a family room for 3 nights. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to main areas. Our family room was very bright and spacious and had large doors you could open up, like having a Juliet balcony (You could not go out of doors and there were safety railings). There was also a large dressing area with wardrobes and a spacious bathroom with walkin shower. The beds were very comfortable and there was a large good quality breakfast choice. We found all the staff very friendly! Our daughter liked the rooftop pool and sundeck area, small but nice. Oh, did I mention the rooftop bar, just fabulous!...we went every day for super cocktails! We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was in a beautiful area with amazing views. The staff were very helpful and friendly and were always there to help when needed. We paid extra for the view of the city which was completely worth it. We only stayed for one night but wished we had longer, the facilities were very useful and we were so impressed by the small details. The bed was the comfiest bed i’ve ever slept in and absolutely huge! We enjoyed food on the rooftop terrace where the views were incredible aswell as the food and staff serving us throughout the night. Such a fantastic stay and we would love to stay again!

The breakfast could’ve had more variety.

Location was good and central, although the city is quite spread out so we used some taxis (but probably because it was so hot!), staff were nice and helpful (they helped us hail down taxis and gave recommendations), rooms were lovely, cosy and spacious.

Nothing, it was perfect!

Fantastic location would be the highlight of our stay, right on Barcelona’s Passeig de Gràcia which is a must-visit for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The room was great with all amenities, and the hotel itself poses luxurious vibes. Staff were helpful and friendly, too.

I was frustrated as I understood our booking also included complimentary service to the airport. Evidently it did not, so we had to pay for a cab. Additionally, when I asked the desk attendant if we could have additional water in our hotel refrigerator, he responded curtly that each room in provided with two waters. When the two water bottles are depleted, they will be replaced.

The location is excellent! The room was nice. We found the bed to be a little too soft for our liking. The bathroom was great. A nice size with many ammenities. Our rate included breakfast which was a nice variety of juices, coffee and tea and well as a variety of fruits, cheeses, eggs and muffins, crossaints and sweets.

Hotel services were only described in an app that didn’t display correctly on my iPhone, so the tabs for translation from Spanish did not function.

Only thing to note is that the pool is very very small and there were no umbrellas to be protected from the strong sun :)

Was a beautiful stay at Condes! Rooms were splendid and the service was beyond expectation. Will definitely stay there again! They even had gluten free options at breakfast :)

When I was checking out and paying, the older man was quite rude. He didn’t smile, he was very abrupt and when I was given my receipt, he didn’t thank me or say goodbye. I was just glad this was at the end of my holiday, otherwise he would have ruined it!! Everyone else was lovely.

Only one thing - the floors in our room were pretty dirty, however, it was a non-issue because they provided slippers. Otherwise, the Condes de Barcelona is the perfect hotel to stay at.

The location can't be beat, the entire staff were great, our room size with a large patio and view of the city was magnificent and the food/drinks at their roof restaurant was to die for. We'll be coming back to Barcelona and we will for sure be staying at the Condes de Barcelona!
