Location was beautiful, sea views on both sides. Parking nearby, which is rare in La Manga. Direct access to the beach, bus stop nearby for easy travelling around the island. Therese and Gisle couldn't have done anything more to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The suite was very comfortable and clean. The villa itself was beautifully decorated. The garden area was the perfect place to relax with an aperol spritz. Breakfast each morning was excellent, and nothing seemed too much hassle. Therese and Gisle were helpful in giving local restaurant and bar recommendations and even booked us a table at a very nice restaurant. It was a fantastic trip and we hope to be back soon.

It is located on both the Mediterranean Sea and the Mar Menor lagoon so the views are spectacular and you can swim all day. Therese and Gizle, the couple who run the hotel behave as one’s personal concierge and entertainment providers, constantly offering food drinks, bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. They have created an incredible luxury boutique hotel experience but are also not intrusive so it really is a relaxing environment. We spent last night there and wished we had organised a second night. We had dinner at a restaurant our hosts suggested and kindly booked for us and my son band husband utilised the hotel’s discounted rate at the local jet ski outfit. The whole experience was phenomenal. I urge everyone to consider this hotel!

Only a slight niggle, but be aware of the nearby road and some noise. Easily overcome with lovely ambient music played in the beautifully designed gardens.

The hosts are friendly & exceptional. They go out of their way to ensure your every wish is realised. The personal service and attention to detail are second to none. Placed perfectly between Mar Menor and Med seas, the sunsets are truly out of this world. The nearby local beach has white, soft sands. I booked lunch and Therese lovingly prepared delightful food whilst Gisle recommended imported wines to suit my palette. This stylish home is a mix of traditional and eclectic tastes, without a bland bone in its carefully planned design. Bedrooms, despite their minimalist aesthetic are thoughtfully equipped with all one needs for a comfortable stay. There are many break-out areas inside and out, where one can rest and enjoy a speciality tea, coffee, ice water or something stronger. Bathrooms are not en-suite on the 1st floor but this was not an issue and the double shower-room located next door to my bedroom was top-notch boutique hotel standard. The pool is salt water offering a welcome reprieve from the midday sun and areas of shade around the pool make for a luxurious lounge.

Perfect location in La Manga. Nestled between the sea and Lagoon. 10 minute walk to marina and local shops. This boutique hotel was stylish, modern, and a perfect environment to chill.

Teresa and Gisle are the most attentive and lovely hosts we have ever had. Every wish was read from their eyes. The breakfast was lovingly prepared and very tasty. The hotel/villa is beautifully furnished and has fantastic views of the "two seas". We can only warmly recommend a stay here! Clearly 10 out of 10 points!!!

Teresa and Gisle have quite literally thought of everything you need to make your holiday amazing. They cannot do enough for you. Drinks, snacks, sports equipment, recommendations for dinner. They were superb in every way, as is their property. Great views all round and so close to the marina, beach mere steps away.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. I have stayed in quite a few 5 stars hotels in the world and this is up there with some of the best for service and comfort. Teresa and Gisle were the most AMAZING hosts and could not do more for us. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and the service was exceptional. We will most definitely will be returning!! Could not recommend more!!

Nothing not to like. It is close to road but that didnt bother us

Extremely welcoming owners, Gisle and Teresa. Beautifully and tatesfully refurbished villa. Lovely sea views and beaches literally on your doorstep. We were only there one night and so didnt get to use the pool or enjoy drinks on the terrace which was a pity. Breakfast beautifully presented and wholesome.

Nothing could have been any better.

The owners were so kind and helpful and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. They took so much care to explain everything about the area, made many suggestions about visiting surrounding areas and restaurants and made bookings for us. We did not hire car a car and used instead the excellent bus service ( you can travel anywhere on the 'strip' for Euro 1.15). The owners even used their own car to take us to restaurants on occasions and willingly loaned us various equipment for beach and bikes. The breakfasts were amazing - so varied and beautifully presented - and lacked nothing. Everything was just perfect. The house, rooms, swimming pool and garden were beautifully kept. The house itself is in a great location overlooking the Mar Menor beach and sea at the front and the Mediterranean beach and sea at the back.

Therese and Gisle were the most attentive and friendly hosts I have ever met. Whatever we needed they were always there to make our stay incredible. Their mini Hotel is between the Mediterranean and Minor sea so there is always a light breeze in their garden. The pool was incredible even if small. With a salty water, super clean and with a perfect pool service. It has jacuzzi jets so you could enjoy a massage in the evening. I enjoyed floating there and letting everything go. I can only recommend this place. It should be rated with 7 stars. Theresa is a great cook. The breakfast was really good and the lunch we sometimes ordered was spectacular. Big thank you to both of them for making our stay so happy.

The hosts were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. They made sure that all our needs were met. There were a lot of private spaces with great views of the sea and the sunset . The place was very clean. Breakfast was very lovely with healthy food options.
