Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomIt was complex to make any bookings for activities and restaurants on site. The app did not seem to work very well. The large 'main' pool was not actually open and it looked amazing as a central feature of the resort so rather disappointing as when I booked the booking portal stated that it would be open by the time we arrived, that said, the heated pool that was open was great.
Position was perfect.amazing unboscured views of the ocean. Proximity to beach was great. Easter celebration meal and dessert stalls were a really nice touch touch.

LithuaniaWe had a nice big room with a sea view except that it smelled horrible in the bathroom. The food quality is middle standard with lots of salt, in the end of our trip we even didn't bother going to eat there. The bigger pool is closed and for the beach you have to go down the hill.

United KingdomThe food in the buffet was ok, most was not hot and not very good. We were disappointed that pool 4 was closed due to renovation, hopefully it will be made clear of the closures of facilities in the future so when booking this can be taken into consideration.
We loved pool 5! the naked Spa pool, which was a lovely surprise because of this surprise we will be back.

BelgiumThe main pool is closed for renovation until April. That information should be given at the time of booking. The pool is at least 30% of the reason why you visit the resort so this is really important information. The remaining pools are nice but limited in size. The cleaning service is not optimal for a 4 star hotel.
The resort area is well maintained and very green. The main restaurant offers a lot of variety and the quality of the food is quite good. There are plenty of activities for both children and adults so you don’t get bored inside the resort. It’s overall good value for money compared to alternatives in the area.

United KingdomOnly 2 things - remote but nice town about 5 mins by car and maybe 1 hour beach walk if tide out - seems to be a bus service nearby but looked busy. Large pool area closed for refurbishment but will only enhance facilities when reopened.
Really helpful staff arrived late and told to go and have dinner and then book in. Sea view room - stunning views, great disco 70’s 80’s mix had everyone young and old on the dance floor, food - plenty of selection with freshly prepared areas, good access to beach just need to watch tide times for access and swimming. Great area to visit for lovely beaches but car required. Lovely shop on site and fantastic gym.

SloveniaLarge pool was closed due to renovation, a big disappointment for everyone in our group. This is very "german" mass tourism establishment with the way it is organized and the clientele. Evening shows are so so. Not exactly the way it is presented on photos. You need to install their app on the phone to use sport activities.
Good food with large variety of options for everyone, large rooms with a sea view, the beach, animation regarding sport options.

United KingdomMusic during the classes at the gym was a bit too loud, so a bit disruptive to the sounds of the sea. It would have been great to have a coffee machine nearby in the morning.

United KingdomWe paid to stay in the Premium lodge area which included premium drinks and cocktails in the lodge bar, but nowhere else . However, we were told we could BUY premium drinks in all the other bars.. which made no sense in an all-inclusive having paid for premium? I am.not worried about drinking local.brands but the drink quality was very poor. I understand that serving all inclusive drinks there is a need to keep it inexpensive.. but the options are now cheap. And cocktails are now served from a machine that taste awful. This is our 3rd visit and the change in drinks was so disappointing.
The food both in the buffet and speciality restaurants was excellent

United KingdomThe pools are very cold (except the kids pool which is heated), take a wetsuit for the sports pool! Not going to name, but there was a fitness instructor who didn't do proper warm ups and stretching, also didn't want me to customise ... even when we'd been instructed to lunge walk 10 times the length of the fitness terrace, not good. When I tried to do my own thing they were not happy so I didn't go back. In the buffet, there were the odd stations that one chef could not manage on their own, e.g. fried eggs and pancakes or sometimes at dinner with popular items. The management could do more for those bottle necks. Otherwise you have hot food on your plate but by the time you have the other things you want, everything is cold. Defo get 2 chefs on the eggs / pancakes. And turn the toasters up so one pass is adequate. We went to all 3 of the speciality restaurants and to be honest the food isn't great. It was good for more of a feel of eating together as it's a lot smaller space. If you don't use them you aren't missing anything. I've been in all incs where I'd say the opposite to this 'don't miss them' so it was disappointing. So not a place for real foodies. Beds aren't amazing but not so bad I didn't sleep well. Pillows all nice and lots of choice so perhaps they have updated since other visitors. Like other reviewers we didn't like the twin beds pushed together thing. I really think it's worth the management being able to offer double or twin. I wonder how and when they'll sort the retiling of the pools, I spent the holiday pondering how an all-year hotel goes about doing that. WIFI needs to be improved, in our room it was struggling (block 14 ground floor). Also no threadbare towels on our visit. The odd thread but certainly not on their last legs.
So clean, everywhere. A lot of staff so place is run very well in all dept's. The buffet restaurant was prob the best I've come accross in all inc. in the canaries, they have provided a microwave and a plate heating unit in the far right corner. This might well be in response to other feedback. The gym is best I've seen in a holiday gym anywhere. Loads of space to do your own things, boxing bags, spin, step, trampoline, Bootcamp, HIT, and a well equipped gym. MASSIVE special mention to Alejandro for mine and dads tennis lessons. Dads 81 and playing for first time and I'm beginner rubbish and this guy is incredible, treated us no different to anyone else and cared so much. He's so talented by in spotting how to coach that after 6 lessons we were able to play a bit of a game on a full court. Outstanding patience, commitment and consistency. My husband went biking everyday with Matyas, Aron and Egypt and really enjoyed that. Dad and hubby also did the archery and enjoyed it but said that some of the arrows get bent and then don't work. Glad we didn't go for the premium rooms as I don't think that would have been worth it. Really liked the textile free area, love a hotel that allows an all over tan :) Most things here are as you expect for 4 star all inc. Having visited many, this is one I would return to. Take a travel kettle if you can, some rooms are a long way from breakfast. Rooms have small fridges in them. Liked the shops, really that little shop has EVERYTHING, nice :) Because the grounds are so big it's reasonably easy to find an out of the wind sunbathing spot, which is often not the case in other resorts. This resort has a lot on offer for different types of visitor and varying preferences inside of your group. We were there over xmas and new year and like other similar venues the food on xmas day and NY eve was amazing! No grapes for NY but we did get a firework display :)
