Life guard on duty for the whole holiday was running the pool area like a army camp. Didn’t feel comfortable to relax and enjoy family time around the pool

At the northern corner of the pool, there is a ventilation shaft that operates between 0 and 24 hours and is disturbing even at night with closed windows. Everyone probably hears this because all the apartments surround the pool. The indoor unit of the air conditioners was dirty and dusty. It is important to clarify at the beginning that this is not a hotel, but rather an apartment resort. The view is nice. There is a labyrinth of corridors between and behind the apartments, which is a bit difficult to find your way around. The complex is nice and clean, surrounded by a fence, and you can go out to the street through small iron gates using the room card. Parking is free. The Zacary’s Restaurant is in a good location, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was a menu choice for dinner. The pool is well designed, with a smaller depth of water at one end for children. The apartman has well equiped kitchen.

The hot breakfast was poor. Takes a while to find your way around, lot of stairs, lifts etc and a bit of a climb from the car park to the building itself.

Nice place overall but the rooms are a small bit dated. Staff generally nice, on site shop is handy but only open from 9-4. An earlier breakfast than 8.30 would also be a good idea. Breakfast was only ok. Good selection but hot food not great.

Need to walk a long way to the hotel room since my room is on the top.

Big room with large balcony, with see view. Clean. Large bed. Facilities like swimming pools, restaurants, bars. The hotels is close to a supermarket.

The bar closed at 11.00 pm. I understand it was off season. However as it is a bit further out of town there are not alot of other options.

It was a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. Appartment was very spacious.

Compared to how it used to be pre Covid it is very quiet around the pool as there is no fashion shows, sun care ladies or any form of entertainment

We liked everything, although the food quality was pretty average for the cost. We originally planned to stay at the hotel every evening for the whole week and eat in the restaraunt (convenience with baby!) but after the first 2 nights of doing so, we weren’t very impressed with the food so went elsewhere

Food for breakfast could be much better. It was always the same. Hottube was always closed before closing time - and not clean while there was a lot of children inside. Value for money was not good. It was very expensive and much worst compared to hotel in the north of tenerife.

I would like more breakfast variety and more vegetables. Overall we were very pleased with our holiday.

We liked the room, it was as stated in the photo. Excellent terrace-balcony with stunning views. The pool and relaxation there were always comfortable. 2 air conditioners in the room. I liked the waiters in the restaurant (I would especially like to mention Jose for his professionalism and voluntariness).

It is on three levels and one has to change lift twice to reach the pool. Only has one small lift. So it is not suitable if you have mobility issue The pool is only open 9:30 to 5:30 even in April when it is already very hot. The sun rise is 7:00 am and sunset is 8:30pm, so we think that the pool is open too late and close too soon and quite inconsiderate to customer If you are going out for sightseeing you probably would miss the pool for the day. The adult only pool is closed for the whole time we stayed although the sign board says it would open in April. The bed sheet, towels and kitchen utensils are clean. But the kitchen floor and bathroom floor has stains and shout out for a deep mop We stay for 8 nights, no room service and no change of towel during the whole time. We need to clear the rubbish bin ourself each day. The dedicated car park is quite small and is located near the lower entrance. If your apartment is on the upper levels you need to park on the road side. It depends on luck and we need to circle round and sometimes park quite far and walk back to the apartment. In peak season parking may become a problem We would go back to tenerife but definitely not to this hotel

Food !! Half board with breakfast and dinner . Everyday same breakfast and very less options for vegetarian. Same goes for dinner as it’s to choose from ala cart and has very less options for vegetarian. Who can eat same one thing every single day for 7 days ? And staff doesn’t understand much English so when try to explain although they understand and try to co operate but not so happy to do so ! All in all you left feeling like you’re bagging for food to accommodate your needs but if I’m paying so much for half board and not able to eat proper meal then it’s very disappointing. They tried to help but menu is designed the way that way that vegetarians will either stay hungry or bag for food to meet your needs
