Chain the sun loungers up at night, and set a time in the morning when they get unchained. The whole two weeks we were there, people were coming home late at night and putting towels on the beds, if you were not up by 6 or 7 in the morning you were not getting a sun lounger, and the annoying thing was people putting towels on loungers and not using them to late afternoon.

Second stay for us here at Cinco plaza. The property is in a great location, 5 minutes walk and your down at the sea front looking out at lovely beaches, shops, bars, and restaurants. We stayed in a one bedroom room, very basic but comfortable, and clean. Nice pool area and snacks and drinks can be brought from the restaurant throughout the day.

Sunbeds were occupied with towels that had been put on the night before and not used by people until the afternoon. I didn't get a sunbed some days.

Studio Room was clean and cosy. Nice sun terrace. Staff very friendly and helpful.

TOWELS ON SUNBEDS!!!!!! unless you put your towel out the NIGHT before or get up at 4am you have absolutely no chance of getting a sunbed! totally ridiculous, never seen anything quite like it! i assume Cinco have given up trying to stop it, or don't care. this is the only reason i wouldn't go back there.

The hotel is lovely and the staff are very friendly. Our flight home was late, however there were facilities for storing your luggage and taking a shower. The sunbed situation, however, was ridiculous. We would get up at 8am most days, and nearly all sunbeds had towels on them with nobody lying on them and the place deserted. This really isn't fair for people who like a lie in on holiday and then can't get a sunbed. That aside, we had a great week, and the hotel was great for kids.

The resort location was great, very close to the main strip and beach. Yes, on a slight hill but very manageable. Fantastic supermarket literally next door. Fantastic bike hires just down from the supermarket, and if you book the day before, you get a discount.

The sunbeds need to be updated. The pool tiles need some attention as well. I stayed here 10 times now, i think it was better when the mini disco was downstairs at the bar as more people would go and maybe stick around for a drink afterwards.

The apartments are really nice and comfortable pool entertainment is good.

Sun beds being set out by guests late at night and towels being put on to reserve them. So none available in the morning or next day even though alot reserved and not used. Hotel did lock them up a couple of nights but not consistent. Didn't realise was a TUI aparthotel so very busy.

They charge for the safe €10 per day, fridge constantly leaking onto the floor, she me sunbeds need replacing and more sunbeds required as one day we had to sit on floor on towels

Towel’s being put on poolside recliners during the night/early morning and then some of these were not even used. So some days couldn’t relax at pool area.

3pm check in when we had an early flight.. Mosquito got in our room so watch out they are about. Open terrace so not safe for small children Entertainment starts at 7.30 which was a bit late for our kids. Shower tray slippy.

Just found the big pool was very cold now once in was grand but dont remember last place last years pool being that cold

We did have an issue with bugs in the room, towels only changed once during stay and pools are overcrowded no sunbeds unless awake early enough to reserve.

Why do loonies think it is necessary to reserve beds all day near the pool using their towels? Personally I prefer to go to the beach, but it is a completely antisocial habit.
