We liked everything!

After a very long travel day- it was so nice to be personally greeted by Javier, who took us up to his lovely apartment to make sure we were well informed. It is a spacious corner unit, tastefully renovated with all the “little extras” to make you feel at home. It is very clean and well equipped - and very comfortable.. It is well located in the lively entertainment area that can get a bit noisy on the weekend, which we didn’t mind as we were happy to be surrounded by lots of great restaurants and people while we walked at night. We are young seniors and felt very safe and had no problem sleeping. Would definitely recommend and stay again should we visit lovely Alicante again.

If I had to pick something it would be that it's a little noisy. Friday and Saturday nights are quite lively into the early hours but we didn't mind that so much. Noise from the upstairs apartment was often very loud due to the heavy doors banging, chairs and various items clattering on the hard floors (a few rugs might muffle the sounds) and people generally being a little inconsiderate but on the whole this didn't spoil our trip and wouldn't put us off staying again.

Pretty much everything. It was a beautiful apartment in a very convenient location. Handy for many lovely bars, the beach and castle. Well equipped with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. It was actually nicer than the photos. Communication was great and we were met by our host despite our very late arrival. Will definitely stay again.

I'm sorry I had to leave!

A wonderful location, right in the center and 5 minutes from the beach and port. Ramon was very kind and waited for us until late in the evening. The apartment is chic, tastefully decorated, has three wonderful balconies, bright, on the 2nd floor. It has an electric oven, microwave oven, stove, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer - all are functional. Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar and all kinds of spices. All kinds of crockery and cooking utensils, beach towels and even earplugs (although it turned out that I didn't need them, the window in the bedroom is double and isolates the sound very well). A soft blanket on the sofa in the living room, which I take with me and a hot coffee to go to the beach (5 minutes from the house) to watch the sunrise! I could live a lifetime there!

The apartment was lovely and very clean. It is very central and only a few minutes walk to the beach. It was well equipped with toiletries, towels, beach towels and tea and coffee. There’s so many nice restaurants and bars near the apartment. I would happily stay here again and again!

Nothing really except noise on Fri/Sat nights from bar but we knew about it in advance so no complaint. Sound proofed in bedroom by quadrupled glazing, double glazed elsewhere.

Everything. Stylish decor. Everything you would need in kitchen, bathroom, toiletries, lots of little extras over and above. Heating quick if needed (stayed 24th Feb-1 Mar). Comfy bed. Great location. Hosts were fantastic super helpful, will go to any lengths for you.

This is more a comment than I didn’t like it because I knew before I arrived there’s no elevator, so for younger people it won’t be a problem at all!

The very central location could be extremely noisy at night. We didn’t mind it, but it might be a bit uncomfortable for some. The bedroom window is very well insulated though.

Everything - very clean, fully equipped apartment. Very hospitable and helpful hosts. Perfect location, right in the old town and 5 minutes away from the beach. Very good value for money.

The apartment was great. Excellent location within walking distance. Easy bus ride from and the airport. Stocked kitchen with tea and coffee. Stocked bathroom with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Everything was great. The location is awesome. The apartment is very comfortable. It has everything you need. We really appreciated the fact that there was coffee,tea, oil and spices at our disposal. The communication with Jose was super easy and he met us at the apartment and explained everything. It is also very easy to get to the place by bus from the airport. I would definitely recommend booking this very nicely decorated, cosy apartment.

There are lots of late night bars in the area. When we arrived we were a bit apprehensive, but we slept well every night.

It was very central & clean . It had excellent cooking & laundry facilities .
