Everything is excellent. Very clean and comfortable, staff is so friendly, good price, amazing location. They also provide towel (included in price) and you can leave the luggage before check in or after check out (you don’t need to pay more for that). I tried different hostels in Valencia and this one is the best. They really care about clients.

The hostel, stuff is the best! Everyone is very polite and kind, they really care about a guest (I couldn’t open a locker and Abel helped me with please). Everything is very clean, the location is just great. I totally recommend this hostel.

I had a just bed in mixed room. One exepction was a size of the room. Of course I have read about size so that wasn’t surprise, but was a little bit so little place for 4 person. Nothing more

Generally excellent! Good localisation, good price, good room. Mostly I liked bathroom, generally hostels have a bad bathroom but this time a got a shock.

There is just one socket for bed they can put more but not a big deal. That would be better if they put a little shelf :)

The staff at the hostel were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, making us feel right at home. The location of the hostel was fantastic. Situated in the heart of Valencia, it was conveniently close to many attractions and amenities. Being able to explore the city easily on foot added to the overall experience.

I felt like it was maybe a little bit pricey for a hostel. It also looks like sometimes they do have breakfast/coffee but it was being worked on while I was there. I think for the price, breakfast or coffee could be included :)

The staff were so friendly and helpful and made such a difference. The location was perfect! Everything was very clean, including the beds and bathrooms.

Very nice hostel. We stayed in 2 of their private rooms, and they were so much better than i expected. The beds were so comfortable, and i also really loved the bathroom, especially the shower. The people that work there were very nice, good company and so helpful. Also, they're really patient because both days we were a little late for check-out, and they dealt with that in an unforgettable way. We had an amazing time with Gonçalo and Philip. We will never forget our stay in Room00. The hostel is also very close to the restaurants and some shops. It's very nice to walk around and see the area.

The dorm was too small to accommodate eight beds. There was hardly any space.

The hostel is in the old town and close to all the attractions. The staff was polite. Beds were comfortable, and room had a private washroom, which was a plus because a common shower is not very convenient.

The hostel is super nice. The position is perfect (in the centre of the city but is not noisy!). The room was clean and they come everyday to clean it. I booked a room with private bathroom and it was complete of everything (shower, hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel). Staff was always available and super nice!

The most helpfull and kindest hostel I've ever been :) The hostel is near to the city center, very clean and quiet with very comfortable bed ! There is a 24h/24h reception which is really cool and the value for the price is amazing. I definitely recommend it :)

The only thing is that I saw the common sitting area on ground floor was a bit smallish, I found it to be not as spacious as the same hostel in Lisbon where they have the whole building to themselves. It then again, it’s a different country so it’s normal. I’d like to see more cool armchairs and sofas)

I loved the place, the bedding was very comfy and the mattress was very good quality. The staff is amazing and very helpful, I’d say extremenly helpful. I left my luggage for a few hours after checking out. I had a female space so the bathroom was inside the room and it was impeccably clean and the room was spacious enough. The hostel is in a historic area and I arrived late and had to walk a bit but felt very safe. They provide locks for free which is amazing ans I don’t have my own. In general this chain of hostels is very good and I can be sure the quality of everything is great wherever I stay at their hostel. Absolutely recommend!

The rooms were clean and well organised. I liked that the bedding was inside the locker upon arrival rather than on the bed. The staff was super nice, helpful, and accommodating. I'd 100% stay there again.

It would be nice if the beds have a shelf or ledge to place your phone or charger. Also would be nice to have a towel rack or some sort of rack in the bedrooms themselves. I'm not sure if the room has A/C or not but it was a bit stuffy with the window opened as it was hot and humid during my two night stay.

The location is great, a very short walk to the city centre and popular areas. Breakfast is not included yet during my stay but will be soon as I heard from the staff. The hostel is apparently newly renovated and rebranded so everything is brand new as of May 2024. When I stayed it was only opened for 4 days so everything was clean. The WiFi is fast and the showers are clean and very modern. They have a full kitchen and are setting up a bar soon as well.
