Beautiful terrace near the bar. The barman was very friendly and helped with warming up food for dinner. Breakfast was great. The sea is 5 minutes downhill from the hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable. The pool was amazing, the breakfast was good. The location was great, close to the city center with lots of nice restaurants. We also took a yoga class on the sun deck, it was very relaxing.

Property is on the top of the hill, so it was very challenging every day to get to the top with baby and trolley. Construction works under the balcony.

The only down side for us was the lack of parking, this was a slight issue for us as we did rent a car during our stay. However, I must say the hotel clearly communicated this with us prior to check in so we anticipated we’d need to park elsewhere. The lady on reception even helped us with recommending a car hire company.

We loved our stay in this hotel, we particularly liked the location as it’s just a few minutes walk down to Figueretes (and everything you could need there) and a 15/20 minute stroll into Ibiza Town. Our room was an apartment and it was very spacious, the pool and bar area are lovely and the hotel also has a bar serving drinks until 9pm I believe?

There were no pool towels provided to hotel guests which was a pity. We had to pay 5 Euros per day for the towels. Besides that no dislikes :-)

The staff was wonderful, especially at breakfast. I was also served gluten free bread, gf muffins and also gf cereals which was perfect. The pool area is also really nice with a great view.

Unfortunately our apartment overlooked a building site which is not the fault of the hotel but it did mean we couldnt sleep past 7:30am. Our room had a small ant infestation which we notified reception about but no one came to sort it which was upsetting, as the ants were getting everywhere and we ended up not being able to eat in the room because we didnt want any more to come into the room.

We’ve stayed here before and for us the location is perfect, 10 minute walk to Ibiza Town, 3 minutes to the local beach. The hotel is lovely, the rooftop pool is fantastic and the staff are great. We had a fault with our aircon which was fixed within 15 minutes of reporting it. Even thought we had some issues we would still stay here again.

We were unable to use the pool and surrounding area during our stay as the music was constant and very loud. There was no escape from this blaring music, which was not conducive to a relaxing time around the pool. This was played from the moment the pool opened until late at night. Obviously no thought had been given to older guests, who may prefer to relax and as there was speakers in every area there was no escape to be able to chill out. We had to then go to the local beach and hire sun beds for the day which proved expensive. When we approached a member of staff she agreed with us but nothing was done about it. We would have loved to have eaten in the snack bar but again the loud music prevented us from doing so. We asked on our second day about hiring of pool towels, only to be told that the attendant would not arrive until midday which is totally unacceptable. As we had only hand luggage we were unable to bring our own. We did use the small on site gym which was fine but couldn’t believe that when you opened the door there was no warning of the steep steps straight from the doorway. This is a massive health and safety hazard. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable, and we had an issue with the air conditioning as water was dripping onto the floor from the unit. This was however rectified when we brought this to the attention of the staff. Also a lot of steep steps both to Ibiza town and the local beach.

The view from the room and pool onto the bay below was beautiful. We enjoyed the plenty of choice and good quality food at the breakfast. The room was very light and spacious, with good standard of cleanliness. Bathroom very good. The pool area was clean and well equipped with sun beds, and nice snack bar.

There was only one bad thing about the hotel: the noise. You could heart yours neighbours talking if you were on the bathroom. You could also hear the music from the bar at night.

We stayed in the 'annexe' next to the pool in a studio. Be aware that loud 'club' music is played all day and in to the evening. You cannot escape from it .In the afternoon the music gets louder as the party around the pool gets going. We are a mature couple, not used to this, maybe younger people will not have a problem. As you would expect, people are returning to their rooms at all hours of the night and most did not seem to even consider that people might be sleeping!

Good location, short walk in to old town. Plenty of steps! Nice room, guess it had been re-fubished recently. Lovely pool and terrace with great view to the sea. Staff very pleasant.

It’s on a top of the hill, so keep that in mind once booking. It’s an old hotel partly renovated, I stayed at the start of the season & I had a feeling that they are not quite ready yet, especially the reception staff. The ladies there were pretty ignorant & uninterested. The worst of my stay however was the room I stayed in. It smelled, probably from the sewage system which is often the case in Spain. It was cold & the air co couldn’t heat it to a comfortable level, it was also pretty dark. I think they really rethink the pillow & especially the blanket concept. It was rather a piece of black out curtain material used as blanket, heavy uncomfortable & useless. The breakfast staff was nice but the breakfast every day exactly the same, often run out of things & only opened till 10.30 am which is not very thoughtful in Ibiza by my opinion.

The view from the pool area is by my opinion the only good thing about this hotel.

View from my room. I recommend to take studio with sea view. Our friends have this good view. Our room was "garden" view - some technical leaders You will need taxi to clubs , but you can walk to castle, it is not far away. Not double bad, just to single.

Tea kettle had lime scale build up as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Bathroom is really old and run down. Shower was a bit dirty with some hairs. It’s good value for money if you don’t care about bathroom facilities. Hotel is on a hill so you need to climb many steps to get up there. Take a taxi if you have luggage.

The room was very spacious and well lit. We had a nice view and balcony with a small seating area. It fits three people very comfortably. We didn’t cook any meals but the kitchen is well equipped, albeit a little on the old side. Pool area was nice. Street parking IS available, you just need to notify reception so that they can register your license plate in case police do random checks as parking is for residents in the area only. Once you come down the steps, you’re on a main street and close to the marina.
