Check in at 3pm meant a huge line of people checking in at 3pm. The patio door to the room did not open and we were told it could not be fixed until the following day - we booked and paid extra for a room with a balcony we wete then unable to use. We were only there for 2 nights . The door to the room did not work and we were locked out. A technician did come, drill out the lock and fix it. No manager on site to help us and the receptionist unable to authorize even a free glass of something to make up for the balcony or room door fiasco.

Unfortunately, the hotel is quite run down. Our room was very dated and in bad shape, except for the bed which was okay. Also it is very loud. There was a party going on in the base floor not far from our room, which was nice for the people having fun but made sleeping quite hard. Also there is a lot of noise coming from the promenade. So if you're more of a budget/party-oriented traveller, this might be a good place for you. For us it was an emergency solution. I'm glad they helped us out but I wouldn't come back under normal circumstance unless there is a large-scale renovation.

The hotel was one among very few, which had rooms left over when our flight home got canceled on a saturday evening. I'm thankful they gave us a literally their last room. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout the process. Also the beds were rather comfortable and the room was relatively clean. The price was reasonable on such a short notice with around 130€ a night.

Tacky infrastructure, furniture. Overcrowded and cafetaria-like dining hall. Lack of lounge(s), peaceful inner garden and pool area; there really is no space/place to go. It is part of the mass-tourism complexes and shops lining Puerto’s coastline.

The (original/initial) design/architecture of the building; hence, today, there is not much to enjoy as the building’s interior has suffered a couple of renovations over the years.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, maybe it was 40 years a go, but they never made any update. If you like a mass tourism all-inclusive resort, than it could fit you.

Central hotel overlooking the sea. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed in 1005 on the 10th floor very nice size room with adequate bathroom and nice balcony. Breakfast was nice your typical buffet but there was plenty of choice and plenty of places to sit. Would definitely stay again

Coffee machines are slow on breakfast service, but otherwise a very good breakfast.

Location close to the Lido. Clean room and facilities. Good buffet breakfast. Easy access to restaurants on the sea front.

The hotel is located in an excellent place, a few steps away from Lago Martiánez and near the city center and restaurants, supermarket and stores. We got a room in 10th floor and the view of the mountains and the city was beautiful. Breakfast is buffet style with a lot of options for all kinds of tastes, and food was of good quality. We arrived in advance (around 12;00) and the staff facilitated the room anyway, what we appreciated.

Hotel exterior is very run down. Got locked in the bathroom countless times because there's a knack to opening the handle. Under the bed was very dusty, which caused me a sneezing fit every morning. The pillows were very thin, but you get 2 pillows per person, so it wasn't too bad to sleep in. No plug sockets near the bed, and ony one usable socket in the hallway near the floor and in the bathroom. Ambience in the hotel was very poor. Couldn't find the live music the had announced for Sunday and Monday nights. Too expensive for what we experienced.

The location is exceptional. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was great, typical continental with good selection. Dinner buffet was ok for value (10€ pp)

Hotel is extremely well located, the rooms are big and spacious - Tons of restaurants and shops super close by! Walking distance to Lago Martianez which is a MUST and to the old part pf town too as well as a black sand beach - hotel staff was so nice and accommodating we had a great room with a view to the pool and a lovely terrace to sit outside of the room and have a drink- Hotel also offers live music, great daily activities, Beauty salon and even Island tourist trips you can buy in an office inside! :) volveremos!

The pool area could be better, due to sun beds on grass, dirt was getting in the pool. And also the side of the pool was crumbling.

The staff are really friendly! The bedroom are nice. And the pool bar prices are amazing really cheap!!
