Superb hotel. Beautiful building in a great location just a short walk from every sight/garden etc. Wonderful comfortable room and lovely bathroom. The sunny roof terrace and pool is a huge bonus. Lovely friendly staff.

When we arrived they had allocated us a room on the first floor. We asked if we could change this to a higher floor , even though the hotel was full, Daniel and his colleague on Reception managed to find a fantastic room on the top floor with a big veranda overlooking the pool and bar ! Muchas Gracias to you both and all the very lovely friendly Murcian people!

Evening menu was only small

The rooftop pool was visually beautiful with the sun on it all day. It had a small bar and a poolside menu. I ate both breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was divine. The breakfast options were vast, but the evening menu was only small. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, and the bedding and towels were changed daily. The hotel was situated just a 10 minute walk from the old town and the town centre. I would highly recommend staying here.

Since we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne and swans on the bed in our room with a terrace and a view of the mountains. The rooftop swimming pool was fantastic! The staff was amazing and very friendly. We'll definitely return on our next visit. We highly recommend it.

Would have been nice to of had a kettle in the room.

The location was a 10-minute walk to the cathedral & main square. It was very clean & the staff were very polite & friendly. Although their carpark was full, the staff guided us towards the local parking. Again, 10 minutes walk from the hotel. I am unable to comment on the meals as we ate out, but I'm sure it's worth trying.

Great location for getting around the city of Murcia. We have stayed before and enjoyed our return visit very much. Everyone was so helpful and friendly in the hotel. We really enjoyed using the pool as the weather was extremely hot when we were in Murcia.

The room didn't have a kettle to make tea which was unfortunate but it did have a mini fridge with a water bottle.

Everything! Lovely hotel in a central location. Walking distance to most historic sites and close to the train station. The room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The pool was small but very nice with a great view.

Parking was very complicated. On the nearby streets the public parking has a hourly limit, and you cannot extend the parking time even with money. The hotel didn’t have any parking. It was horrible to find parking and the parking time limits in Murcia are just stupid.

Great little hotel, very convenient for walking round Murcia sight seeing. Lovely cafes and shops nearby. Beautiful park to sit in 1 minutes walk away. We really enjoyed have a swimming pool to relax by at the end of out sight seeing.
