Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwedenWhile I enjoyed my stay, I was disappointed when the concierge informed us we had been upgraded, as it didn't seem like we were.
I loved the location of this hotel, as it was near all the areas we needed to visit, with easy access to the subway and close to shops in the city center. The family room we booked was perfect, featuring a comfortable bed and a good size, making our stay very enjoyable.

SwedenOur room (a family room for 4) was good, but the interior was not for a 4 star hotel, but it was acceptable. Maybe the double rooms are more modern. However quite good space in the room and bathroom was modern. The long pillows (same pillow for 2 persons) was not comfortable. Bedsofa was ok, but could be better.
Breakfast was great. Pool area great with nice sunbeds, lounge area with free towels. Location great! Staff was nice.

NetherlandsThe elevators are old and slow, need to wait quite a bit for them. There is no sign mentioning that one elevator at the corner is for their room service employees ' use, however we were blamed by the staff that we shouldn't use that elevator in a impolite way. The air conditioner in our rooms are difficult to set them at the temperature we wanted, they just did not function correctly. Also the bathtub drainage is not smooth.
Located nearby the centre and a couple of metro stations are in walking distance. Also there are more than enough restaurants and cafés in the neighborhood. The outdoor poor is great and the service people at the pool bar is excellent. Also reception staffs are friendly as well. The rooms are in good size, clean and quiet too.

Very very good location!! You can walk to all the famous landmarks in Barcelona with 5-20 min. walking!! Also, tastes of their pastas at their grand floor cafe were wonderful!! All staffs (doormen, especially) were kind and friendly. Overall, very good experience.
