air conditioning - dirty filters since the air conditioner had something like dust and particles in it. had to turn off. got too warm in the room. window open was noisy.

Since the hotel lies just next to a busy road and bus station, if you have a room towards that area, it's quite noisy until late hours, especially on weekends.

Very spacious room and bathroom with the necessary amenities for shorter stays like business or weekend. King bed was comfortable for me as I like beds to be a bit more rigid. Tv had more than 70 channels in different languages. Great check out time at 12:00. Big windows that let a lot of natural light in. Breakfast had a decent variety of dishes, both hot and cold and fresh fruits. For the price paid, it was better than expected and hotel staff where all very friendly. Extra plus for quick check in.

hotel was a little tired and dated. room service never topped up my shower gel so never had any for 4 days. Breakfast, well scrambled eggs were terrible but the rest was ok.

The lifts were broken, meaning a walk up several flights of stairs after a long day of travel. Also, the bar was shut, despite it being before 10pm.

The hotel is perfectly located for Spain, being right beside a mainline metro station, and within easy reach of the airport. It is near shops, bars and restaurants.

For day 1 I was given a room which was nothing like what I booked and once I enquired it was changed on day 2 to a standard room.

The air conditioning was not working the 1st night we arrived, so we couldn't sleep from the hot temperature inside the room. On the 2nd day, the staff arranged a second room for us but kept us waiting for some time since no other room was available directly. Usually, in such cases, a room upgrade should be given or a partial refund or even an apology letter from the management which didn't happen. Also, the wifi signal in the room was not as expected and kept on cutting.

Matress was those using noisy and uncomfortable springs. The building itself seems like those from the 70-80s with some adaptations to new type of constructions but still seems quite old. Not very much, but you can see things in the bathroom quite wasted, like doors, the WC, etc. Breakfast was not tasty at all. You have better altenatives at nearby restaurants. Not sound isolation at all. Room was too hot inside, and I traveled early Spring. I don't want to imagine how hot will be in Summer. There's a fan and you can open the windows, but there's no air conditioner.

Location was great. Staff was very nice. Very clean, except for long hair on the soap dispensers. But in general good.

location for travelling for airport, main station and the metro is perfect. Staff are pleasant and efficient. The room had everything we needed for a 2 night stay.

Windows in room wouldnt stay open, airco didnt work properly. "Snackbar" in lobby was only flavoured water and some candy.

Room with a nice view, convenient location with car coming into the city. Public transport right in front of the door towards city centre. Good breakfast

we needed a double bed, we got 2 simple beds sticked, my boyfriend slept in the hole between, the room needs some repairs, joints around the bath, the door frame was rot from the water of the shower.

The employees were nice, the room was clean. there was restaurant at proximity and the metro.

The bathrooms would need to be refreshed. The reception staff replied to us twice, once by writing following our booking request, once directly in the hotel, that hotel guests do not need to book a table in the hotel restaurant. When we came for dinner, there was of course no place for us and we had to look for something else in an area where there is not much choice. Which is something a family with children wishes to avoid.

Furniture kinda worn out. No balconies or public terrace.

Welcoming staff, nice big and clean room. The room I got was away from the mainstreet, so it was pretty quite. Close to the Chamartín station, and a good connection to the city center with the metro station.
