Dislike- tired and I need of repair Like- the rooftop solarium

We got a room 105 and nobody warn us that the room was just infront of the stage in inner yard where all the activities ( discos , singing and so on ..) were happening , so basically we had ,,disco,, in our bedroom every night ...

According to my experience. Some of the vegetables were left over from days before. During the day poor selection of snacks Room was cleaned every 3 days and it’s not enough, would’ve been better and helpful to have a small cleaning equipment for self cleaning. Bed a bit uncomfortable and making noise every time you turned.

Lacation was nice closer to the sea and shops, and bus stops, but the area is still quite. Staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Common areas were clean and taken care of. Apartment was spacious with nice big balconies.Food was everage with nice breakfast. Nice swimming pools for kids and adults. It’s a nice place to stay

Quite dark rooms, windows impossible to open. No dishes and kitchen tools in kitchen.

Unfortunately I got food poisoning from my dinner there on our second night and spent the entire following day sick in the bed

Room was a bit dated But clean

Hotel was great and clean. Rooms a bit dated but it’s 3 star, so in my opinion it’s absolutely fine, we have stayed in 4 star hotels worse than this. I think if the rooms was updated this would surely be a 4 star Food hall and swimming pools was perfect, food was nice and edible

The hotel rooms need updating! We were family of 5 and beds were limited with space in the room. Beds were not comfortable and we had to ask for more pillows. Tele didn’t work. WiFi was so so bad so had to use our mobile data. This made it difficult for us to have chill time as a family in there. You had to ask for basic things like kettle and iron, although they happily gave just strange not in room. We also had cockroaches in our room. Rooms cleaned ever other day but tbh could of been done everyday.

Hotel was exactly what we expected for star rating and money. The staff, entertainment and food was beyond expectations and they went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Kids loved the entertainment and they were always happy to help, friendly and happy. We were all inclusive and the food was amazing everyday, with different themes.

All was all fairly good to be honest, you get what you pay for it's not 5 star.There was always something to eat, chefs tried to please all. sweets and bread were good. prehaps bar needs checking or maning.

location is good.food is basic, especially for the price we paid . we were all inclusive and pool bar was helpful yourself to pop, water, beer or hot drinks. If you wanted cocktails or spirits you were out of luck because the barman was never there.Apts were cleaned 3 times a week like advertised where they would change towels too.

Everything was perfect

The staffs were really nice, we forgot to bring the adaptor for plug, they have one to spare. When we did the check out at 12:00 they let us to stay until 18:00 with all the inclusive available to use (drinks, food, toilets) as our flight was just in the evening

Lack of suitable seating furniture in the apartment

Friendly staff and the food was very good with the menu changing daily for lunch and dinner. Also getting a sun lounger each day by the swimming pool

The food was very basic not enough variety alot of fish on menu.No English channels on TV and no WiFi in rooms.

The location was excellent and the kids loved the pools and the two entertainers where excellent and really good with the children

There was almost never WiFi. Not all chefs cook delicious food

Overall the hotel is excellent. Hot water in the shower every day, large area, clean pools, you can always find free sun loungers in the shade. The choice of dishes is not very varied throughout the week, but it is filling and you can always find something to your liking.

The receptionist was rather rude making comments about my friends being crazy. Moreover, there was a bad smell of sewage on the alley leading to the pool bar restaurant. A lot of birds around attacking any food was on the tables outside and finally, the doors and bathroom tiles and furniture looked tired and in need of renovation.

The location and the food were amazing. Especially the breakfast buffet was out of this world. The rooms were nice and clean
