Nothing was disliked. Only issue was our car parking was not validated properly and so we had some issues leaving the car park, however these were rectified by car park staff.

AC broke down at night, and it was enough to make the room very stuffy. Apart from that I think everything was amazing.

Location was amazing, Albayzin is such a lovely neighborhood. Building itself has such a charm, and our view was very good too.

The room was noisy inside and out. The position of our room not great, heard everyone coming and going, staff and guests. Music, water fountain, just noise from the courtyard/breakfast area. Inside the room extractor fan and fridge fan constant noise and room was musky.

This hotel was a delightful surprise for how affordable and yet how elegant. My one complain was the room had little airflow so the room felt stuffy even with the AC on or the windows open. Loved the coffee service and snacks time.

The A/C wasn’t cold. We were hot in the room most of the time despite leaving it on even when we weren’t in the room.

Room which was given to us was not ready on time and once ready was not done fully ,During night in the same room there was noise coming from probably other room ac, due to which you could not sleep, also same afternoon once we have entered the room nearby is some kind of storage where they were putting bottles so the room was noise also during afternoon. Also we had a problem once needed to take our car from garage which was assigned to us by hotel and price which we have paid instead of 19 euros was 31.

This morning receptionist which was working was the one which made our stay beautiful, because of her we are giving so high scores

Room size was small but then again it’s an old building.

Location and breakfast were excellent. Nice touch and much appreciated was the bottle of cava left in our room and the complementary afternoon tea, superb!

The style and character of the hotel was what we were looking for, comfortable traditional interiors , with friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast in the courtyard.

Outstanding and remarkable place. Hotel dates from 16th century, looks stylish, with authentic and breath taking interior. We were at junior suite. It was spacious, unusual mix of modern and traditional rustic, with a view to Alhambra, with just few steps walk from Granada old town. Would strongly recommend it.

Staying in this hotel was one of my best experiences! Perfectly located, with an amazing architecture, atmosphere and view. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. We wish we could have stayed longer!

The weather was very hot while we were in Granada and the air conditioner worked, as long as there was ice! The only issue we had was our toilet lid needed to be lifted to flush, a minor inconvenience. This was remedied the following day with no issues.

The hotel is stunning. It is historic, feels fancy, and is just so much fun to stay in a place like this. The touches to aesthetics (fresh flowers, small sweets) did not go unnoticed. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Overall I would highly recommend! It’s a 25 minute walk to the Alhambra and very close to ships and bars. The tea time is FABULOUS, and staff were very friendly. Enjoy Granada! It has been our favorite city, thus far!

There wasn't anything we didn't like - it was all good.

The location was excellent. The very helpful lady at reception at check in offered us an upgrade to a room with an amazing view up to the Alhambra, which we accepted - and it was worth it.
