Hotel is getting a bit old and basic but probably you shouldn't expect more from a 3-stars.

Nice hotel with good facilities and food. Not exceptional but clean and comfortable with a wide range of food options. Good location with a nice beach nearby.

I’ve not looked, but I’m sure I won’t be the first to say something about the food… The chefs looked like they were doing the best they could, but it mostly came out like early 90’s school dinners- mostly cold and ‘miscellaneous meat/ vegetables’ Also, if you have any allergies, you’re going to struggle as the food isn’t labelled at all.

Very clean, great location- only a couple of minutes walk from the beach and the staff were always really friendly and helpful. Rooms were well laid out, beds comfortable and the air con worked well- it was like a slap in the face to go into the hot air in the morning for breakfast! The entertainment was, erm, ‘enthusiastic’ - Fernando was great on the first day, then it kinda went to karaoke and drinking challenges. Luckily Charlie’s bar is only 2 minutes walk away. Pool area was nicely laid out, plenty of sun beds and the area and pool itself clean.

the staff were very attentive and the hotel was spotless faultless.

everything but the air conditioner made a noise it sounded like it had a canary init I went for a break after 2 1/2 years and that’s all I needed hmm not good anyhow I complained everyday and I called the reception and they always reassured me that it would be fixed but it never was

On the all inclusive. Maybe some different types of snacks. It was mainly cooked like chips nuggets hotdogs and sandwiches. A bit more biscuit or crisps would of suited me more.

Lots of variety for breakfast. So catered for light bites, fruit, cooked breakfast and cereal. I was located on top floor. Lifts were available so no problems getting to room and you could hardly hear the outside noise so didn’t interrupt my stay at all.

Beds were hard and as I’m 6ft 3” tall didn’t fit me. I put up with this for two nights but if I’d have been on a weeks holiday I would have had to mention this to the hotel.

Breakfast and evening meals were very good. Staff at the hotel are fantastic and a credit to the hotel. Location very good easy to walk to everything in the resort. Car park secure.

Towels/sunbeds isssue - needs sorting out. Maybe restrict the number of inflatables in the pool - or restrict the number of children!! Some chalk for the pool cues would not go amiss.

Staff friendly and helpful.. We were late arriving but a sandwich was offered etc. Room was fine. Food was good with occasional excellence. Pool music was sometimes too loud.... and the towels on sunbeds issue needs to be sorted. No signs saying beds cannot be reserved so it was left up to guests to row about it! I have stayed many times at Caribe and it is my hotel of choice in Es Cana.

The beds were appalling, worst we have ever had, hard doesn’t even come close to how they were, god only knows what they are stuffed with, a real shame because everything else was lovely, come caribe sort the ,mattresses out x

Our first visit to the caribe and we were pleasantly surprised with the overall look and feel of the hotel. Our room request was suitable adhered too which was a lovely surprise as this is not usually taken any notice of, the bedroom was impressive looking and certainly big enough with good storage and room to get around comfortable, our only blip with the whole hotel is the mattress, my oh my are they hard, felt like trying to sleep on a bag of compressed sawdust, luckily we had a child daybed and I had to sleep on that! Food, great selection of fresh dishes that changed daily and the puds are a delight if not on the waistline! Pool facilities are great and the best childrens section I’ve ever seen, overall great 3 star hotel who look like they have got it right x

the TV was too small, something like 19 inch, and it did not have any available HDMI port, so I could not connect my tv dongle to watch my favourite shows ... it would be great to have a modern big tv eg. 42 or 49 inch which has android tv.

breakfast and dinner were great, pool was clean and nice, room was clean and nice, the cleaning service was great, also the free parking was great and automatic with the room key you could get in/out. bar, restaurant and outside area was nice, also there is a nice beach just close to the hotel.

The food was not good. It was poor quality, repetitive and did not look forward to meal times. Not all of the food stations were open, probably due to it being quiet but it meant that there wasn't much choice.

The hotel felt clean, could always see maintenance and cleaners out working. I visited at a quiet time and it was relaxing

Lovely staff (left my dress in the room, checked out and it was waiting for me at the reception the day after!); hotel that you can call and they pick up the phone, good coffee, vending machines so you can get a snack/drink whenever you want, good parking, great location

Had a very pleasant 3 night stay, great value for the price. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good. Location was good, close to beach, ferry, restaurants and shops.

Nothing to do with the hotel but some of the customers were a bit noisy upstairs in the morning.

Great location, really close to the beach and the ferry to go to Formentera. Also a lot of restaurants option in the neighborhood. Staff was friendly and reactive. We appreciate the facilities: swimming pool, table tennis and pool. The parking was also really useful to us.
