Location is excelllent very easy to use public transit or walk. Hotel was clean, good size rooms , nice to have a fridge and basic kitchen amenities. Didn’t use the laundry but it is large would be fantastic for a longer stay. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating.

Great Location, metro, bus and tram stops very close by. 20 min walking distance to Sagrada familia or to the beach. There are small shops near by and a really nice coffee shop (Coffee Hackers). There are also some bars and restaurants, but we didn't try them. Very friendly staff. We we able to check-in before the usual check-in time, as our room was ready. We really appreciated this. Spacious room. Breakfast was good, but not very varied.

The permanent smell coming from the sewege system I believe, was horrible. We couldn't wait to leave the room to escape of that smell. The walls in the shower cabin weren't cleaned in ages. The carpets in the rooms were very worn and dirty And we were scared to use the lift (first one next to the wall) as it seems to be damaged (the other 2 were out of order anyway) - very noisy and shaky. It definitely should be inspected and serviced.

Yr manager did not allowed us to leave our baggage at the hotel , when we need to check out & come back to Stay at the hotel after 2 days at Porto. The hotel has my passport details & my booking after 2 days, so I don’t understand why when the staff said it’s security reason . When asked where can we find baggage stowing facilities, the front desk staff just said there are many in the city & airport, without even trying to help to try to find one. Very disappointing

We got a room that is wheelchair-accessible and so the bathroom was optimized for the special needs instead of offering comfortable elements for those without wheelchair. I missed the shelves and bathroom cabinets what I have seen on the pictures and what I have expected based on my last visit of the hotel back in 2018. I also missed more towel dryer/hanging that are suitable for 4 towels. The bathroom drain smelled of sewage sometimes. This was the most unpleasant.

I liked the design of the room, the kitchen is well equipped. The breakfast offer was great. I could ask plant milk as well. The location is also very good, close to two metro lines. We could leave our bags in the luggage room after the chech-out.

Couldn’t get the TV to work. Only issue with the workout room was that you needed to keep your key in the slot for the lights. If someone else comes in and I leave…they’re in the dark. Motion lights might be a good alternative.

Room was great. Seemed to be in a quiet location. Very happy about the free laundry! Workout room good. There was a small market right around the corner that really came in handy!

Cost of parking if booking through booking.com. Free parking if booked direct with the hotel via their website. Noisy students :-(

Good sized room with a small kitchenette. Short walk to the metro and secure parking. Solarium and Gym were useful.

Bed sofa was uncomfortable, very squeaky and unstable. Cleaner was a bit sloppy, trash for example under the bed after the cleaning. But nothing off putting. And once threw away one of our papers, luckily not important one.

The one elevator not working and then one of the working one's also had brief issues while there. It got resolved fairly quick. The one elevator was still under maintenance (on both arrival and check out).

The location was a very quick walk to a metro station which made getting anywhere else within Barcelona super easy. There are small shops near by as well as a few bars and restaurants (didn't try many of the bars or restaurants near by though but is good to have around). The room was comfortable! Bed was decent, aircon worked perfectly and we had enough space. Was very happy with the stay we had here and would return again in the future.

It’s frustrating to speak to few receptionist staff who doesn’t understand what I meant when I’m asking something about how things work inside our room when we first arrived. Two of the lifts are not working, we need to use the stairs. The location of the hotel is quite far from the airport we landed and it cost us a fortune. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre and other tourist spots.

The room is a good size for a family, it’s a bonus to have own kitchen. Very pleased to have a washing machine for those staying for few days like us. The breakfast was great.

Guests in a youth hotel nearby were really loud during the night. There were also 3 night during which we were woken up by the people on the street. But this is not the hotel's fault.

We liked the terrace, gym and the laundry room + the location of the hotel - nearby the metro station.

as we entered the hotel at the first day the gentleman who helped us was not friendly , no welcoming or no smile at all !!!!!! as I checked every time which we met him , he never smile which I was really surprised ,I do not know his name but he was a young guy with eyeglasses. Other staffs were friendly. also the second time which we got our room cleaned , I noticed my bed sheet has a few big stains which made me to go downstairs and got a clean sheet from reception. One of the elevators was broke during all the 9 days that we were at hotel and it made guests to wait long to go up or down. also we booked for one king size bed but they gave us room with 2 single beds. Room was not really spacious.

Location was good easy access to downtown and beach also Hotel was in vary safe area . we have not used the breakfast . At the morning they have lemonade and small treats and at the night green apples at the lobby for guest which was very welcoming.

to be honest, the location of the hotel is not good. you need to walk out for around 5-10 minutes to take L1 or L4. Especially, there is no good restaurant around.
