We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location was perfect. It was close to a very nice shopping center and also the bus station was reachable. The view of the room was very nice and the staff were very helpful.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the continental breakfast delicious with a wide variety of food on offer. Staff were friendly and helped with any questions we had. This hotel is located very close to a shopping centre we made use of twice and also close to public transport facilities like the metro and bus.

ItalyThe staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is out of the city center, there are different options to get to the center (bus, metro station and Renfe), all very close by. There are different shops in the surrounding and a big shopping center with bars and restaurants. The room was clean and the mattress super comfortable.

lovely helpful staff. free tea and pastries in reception each morning. bar prices not expensive. Good location for Olympic stadium for concert which is why we stayed here, able to walk back.
