Walking to Plaça Major requires stairs, so may not be suitable for elderly/ family with baby. Located a bit with in a narrow street from the main road, (though not so difficult to find with GPS). Views from hotel room not so good, but everything else compensates for the view.

The location is very close to the Plaça Major, so many restaurants, bars at the walking distance. Also public transport is nearby. The room was spacious with many windows for natural lighting. Good amenities such as coffee machine, table to work, room heater etc. The staff were really nice. Overall, a good experience.

We did have a bit of a minor ant problem but to be expected in older buildings. Other than not nothing to mention.

Really convenient location if you want to explore Palma, right in the middle of the old town and within a short walk of the main station, the cathedral and plenty of restaurants. Instructions very clear if you are turning up at an awkward time and you can leave your luggage if you are catching late transport and want to explore. Staff were very helpful. There was a welcome drink when we arrived which is a nice touch. It's a fairly old building that's been converted - done very tastefully. Breakfast is very good in a lovely downstairs space with a couch to relax if you want a rest from the city. Recommended. Particularly for location. A lovely restaurant is literally around the corner.

Nothing I can say except you need to be in Canavall . It’s in the city centre for shopping , for sightseeing for relaxing and much more .

Location , proximity , Master piece near all attractions . Mallorca without Canavall May not be look as pretty . Amazing staff , Daniela was on her toes to get us what we asked for . She arranged at 6 am in the morning a taxi as well as Tinu to help us . Vow vow & vow

extremely loud! the building off the main road but the hallway traffic is insanely loud it sounds like they are right outside the room. every time the front door opens you hear up on the 3rd floor. while this was disappointing, I would still recommend Canavall!

the location of the property was amazing ; every important landmark was very close. enjoyed the rustic Mallorcan style decor and the staff was indeed super friendly :) we enjoyed the roof terrace also with 20degree temperature on a Christmas afternoon !

Clean, comfortable, spacious, central and absolutely stunning building and furniture. The addition of the lockers to leave luggage after check out is very clever and tremendously helpful. Staff are lovely and breakfast was abundant.

Room 6 has stunning architecture and a private little patio with a roof. The furniture is very tasteful. The rooftop terrace is a jewel. Breakfast was perfect with a good variety of high quality cheeses, serrano ham, beautiful jams and everything else one can think of. The location is perfect to walk everywhere. Staff was very friendly. WiFi worked well. This hotel is a winner!!

Great location, very central but down a quiet lane. Restaurants and bars two minutes away. Breakfast room spot on, quiet with a good atmosphere. Very good selection of buffet food, serval different fresh bread and cakes, cheese, ham, fruit etc etc

Spacious suite, good breakfast selection and a perfect location in old Palma. Private and quiet with many good bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Clean and comfortable accommodation at a fair price point. We particularly enjoyed indulging in a bottle of cava on the roof terrace in the late afternoon sun... happy days!
