Room needs some restoration (a window was not closing, it was difficult to flush the toilet). Breakfast is very basic (no eggs included).

The facilities seems to be quite vintage, which doesn't bother me, but some of them are basically malfunctioning. For example, that thing that allows you to change the water flow of the shower could end up in your hand, if you try to use it.

That was a nice experience. Quite an interesting hotel with some greenery and a pool. I quite liked the restaurant area and especially the outside (terraza) - there is enough of shade to enjoy your drink in a quite place. And I think this is the most definitive characteristic of the hotel - if you are looking for super relaxing stay away from the buzz, definitely give it a try. The location further helps in that regard - there are not too many things to do around, which in that case could be a good thing. There are few restaurants though where you can try something different than what the hotel offers and a hiking area within a kilometer. Other than that maybe you can grab a book and enjoy a relaxing day around the pool? Oh, yes, I forgot to mention - the staff is amazing and super friendly.

the water power wasn’t so strong and it took a while to warm up, I would have preferred a double bed.

it was very cute a nice area inside the interior of the hotel. the staff were friendly and it was so close to the beach! also had a cute little terrace in the room.

The beautiful beach is about 1 km away, can also be reached by bus, stop right next to the hotel. Many shopping centers nearby. The price-quality ratio met expectations. As my room was located near the dining room in the main building, the conversation was echoed in the evening, but the reception was very welcoming and changed my room.

Nothing around the area, check in was from 2pm, we arrived at mid day and the guy on reception didn’t even ask our name or check if the room was available he just said we can’t check in until after 2! so there is no flexibility with the check in time.

The bathroom had no soap//shower hand gel for wash or any other accessory beside a standed shower gel. During the night it was very cold, due to the climate and surroundings, but the blanket was very subtle and more colder than warmer, also the AC was not working properly, meaning it drove a weird smell and the heater air was not at all the desired one.

Bathroom door scraped on floor tiles. Needs a little removed from the bottom. A lift to first floor would have been good. Further from the beach than stated.

One of the rooms we stayed in was over the kitchen freezer and the motor kept us up all night. Room number 108. We requested a change for next night and they kindly agreed and moved us to a different one. They rooms new some upkeep and screens for mosquitos which did not have and we were dealing with several and big ones at night as well. The buffet breakfast could use better quality ingredients and add some eggs.

Unfortunately our room smelled like someone was smoking inside for several days before our arrival. The hotel was fully booked for that night so we couldn’t change room.

poor facilitated rooms, very old fashioned, the blankets were too cold for sleeping in February. very poor breakfast: no self service, basically only bread and some meat/cheese/jam options. no warm food at all, no vegetables at all (no tomatoes, cucumbers anything that is so regular)
