Breakfast was perfect (can recommend the porridge!). The pool areas are very good to relax. The location is very good, a 10 minute drive brings you to Moraira and there is a lot to do in the nearby areas.

It was quite difficult to navigate the urbanisations to find the hotel. Even the sat nav kept taking us different routes. It felt quite isolated which is very appealing to some. Only one venue that could be reached in walking distance (golf club). A car really is essential to enjoy the local area.

It was very different than any other hotel we have been in. You could wander around and use any of the sunbeds, cabanas etc. you were not limited to one area.

It is not easily walkable to the main town although a cluster of bars at Cala Andrago is 25 mins walk away. A car is necessary. There is an honesty bar by the pool area, but some other guests who decided to finish our bottle of Cava were less than honest!

Caballito del mar is a haven of tranquility set among the hundreds of villas that cling to the hillside leading down to Moraira and the seafront. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts but not obtrusively so. Breakfasts were delicious, cooked to order if you liked and served on a beautiful terrace. The views from all the terraces were wonderful and the place was very conducive to a relaxing few days. Bedroom extremely comfortable

You would definitely need a car to get around. Taxis are short in Moraira and Benissa.

It’s the closest thing to ibiza without being in Ibiza. So peaceful, tranquil ,beautiful views. We have family that stay in Moraira and have found our regular place to stay when we visit. Coen, Anna and John were so hospitable. You must try the porridge at breakfast.

A bit of a suburban no-man’s-land around the property. Definitely would need a car to get around.

The minute we arrived to Caballito de mar we were greeted with warmth and were shown to our room which was super pretty with all these beautiful details and overlooking the beautiful sea and mountain view. The facilities and atmosphere is just so relaxing and everything is white with different shades of blue and most amazing pools and sea view it is really the real feel of the mediterranean vibes. Breakfast was just so delicious and made with love. Special thanks to Anna and John who made us feel so comfortable and made sure we were having the best time and telling us where to go. We will be back to sure:)

Everything was perfect. The staff is lovely (from Coen, the manager to John and Ana, the owners), the location is just incredible and the peace, privacy and calm vibe that surrounds Caballito de Mar. Breakfast was amazing and also the comfortable bed. There are many common areas to hang out or just relax and it is a perfect place to get lost from the noise and the fast way of life we are inmerse at.

The whole atmosphere at Caballito is 'zen'. So many beds/chairs/daybeds in the B&B, available for all the guests and each spot where you can sit or hang has it's own quiet atmosphere. The superkind team, John, Anna (Owners) Coen (Hotelmanager) and Henrika (cook) made our stay so pleasant. The breakfast, we called it "Breakfast 3.0" ...no additional wording required. You will need a car to reach the village 'Moraira'(8 min drive). We have made a few nice hikes in the area, like the Bernia trail and others. Very beautifull ! Well, it was a great stay from start to finish, hosts and staff couldn’t do enough for us, they were very welcoming, warm friendly people, breakfast was a treat every day. I can’t wait to stay there again.
