We actually booked a room with one double bed. There were two single beds with two separated matrasses. We had to bind them together with a robe (we bought it at the shop next to the reception) that we do not fall down between the two beds. Once someone put a cigarette (burning) into the waist bin and we called the reception. Actually the waste bin started to burn, no one came. Therefore we put a water bottle into the bin and could stop the burning waste bin. Housekeeping was little bit hard to understand about their cleaning system. But all in all- lovely Hotel and really beautiful Bungalows. We liked it

We liked the Bungalows a lot. The Location is great too. We loved the cats around, it gave us a feeling of being at home (we also have cats as pets) The Bungalow is pretty. Hosts are kind, Coco Loco at the bar is to recommend and they also have a turtle area.

The bar/restaurant seemed a little unorganised, it sometimes took a long time to order and pay even when there was no queue at the bar.

Dinner has to be booked before 2pm on the day, so you can't decide later on in the day, if you don't fancy leaving the complex, to have dinner in the restaurant on site. Would love if there was entertainment for the kids in the evenings.

The improvements overall since we were last there. Apartments are newly decorated. Fresh towels every 2nd day. Toilet roll & bin bags when needed. The apartment is cleaned once a week, but it's so easy to keep it tidied yourself as everything you need is in the apartment, sweeping brush, dustpan, cloth, sponge, etc. Everything you need is there. Double hob, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, etc. We had an apartment overlooking the golf course, which was nice and quiet. Pools are accessible within a min or so, no matter where you stay in the complex. This is our 4th time staying here & we'd definitely stay again. L

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the food in the restaurant and cafe. Ate there three times during the week but can’t say I liked any of the meals. Flight arrived in the evening and it was towards closing for buffet dinner but it still cost about €17.50 each and some of the worst pasta I’ve ever eaten. Rubbery like elastic bands. I tried a slice of pizza thinking it would be ok but couldn’t eat it. I ate some white fish which was edible but all the food was so dry under the heat lamps- must have been there for hours. Ended up eating some bread rolls and ordered a nice cold beer from the bar. On the last day had lunch but the quality of the chicken burger is poor. Not sure what’s in it. Also fillet chicken on club sandwich was a bit chewy. I might suggest they improve the food quality. Also the restaurant and bar staff are dressed in black shirts and trousers but the development is so colourful maybe they could be given brighter uniforms and be more relaxed which would suit the holiday vibe. Otherwise they were all professional and friendly.

Perfect little houses / bungalows with high quality finish and renovated recently. Great colours and nice flower planting. Good pool area and bar. Also a good mini market on site for grocery items. Secure development in a good location. A five minute taxi ride into town for about €5 and similarly for the beach. Also walking distance of about 30 minutes to each. Would definitely recommend for accommodation during the Pride weeks or at any time. All staff friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, there is some wear and tear on furniture (chipped table top, walls are not clean in some areas). It would be appropriate if management would get someone to look after maintenance and do repairs and touching up on a regular basis.

Kitchen sink in an awkward position under the stairs, hit heads a few times lol. Lack of seating in lounge area made it difficult with four of us on one two seater sofa. No bathroom window. Was very hot with no air con an only an over head fan. No cash accepted only card in restaurant.

Our apartment was right next to the pool, plenty of sunbeds, pool was huge plenty of space and clean. Apartment was clean, cleaners were in almost daily, they do a very good job. Modern an clean decor. Food in restaurant was stunning, prices were fab, they do offer a charge to room option. Taxi rank is at the end of the road, free bus three times a day to the beach and to the yumbo centre

You have to pay extra to use the safe. To borrow an iron at the reception you need to leave a deposit of 30 euros. Other currency (US dollar) is not accepted as a deposit for an iron. Even for half an hour. I had to withdraw euros from an ATM even though I didn't need to. This is the first time I have seen this in hotels. When I checked out of my room, I forgot 2 new beach mats there. The next day I returned to the hotel to get them, but at the reception they told me that there were no rugs and promised to clarify this information in the office. I came again on the second day, but at the reception they said again that there were no rugs and in general they forgot to ask the office about it. It was a short, dark-haired man. Also, the shower suddenly ran out of water. I only found out that there was a small boiler after I washed myself in cold water and went to the reception. I was not provided with this information before

Very far away from everything.. the hotel has a supermarket but it is very expensive and the nearest supermarket is far away. The rooms are not built for three although the hotel says so:)

The other people! Some of them are on there phones with the sound on. You can hear the whole conversation. Sometimes till late in the evening. People watch tv with the door open or listen to music very loud. Also the people who clean the houses are busy the whole time with loud cars full of cleaning stuff.

The accommodation looked very new and clean. Love the upstairs and the little patio. Also the kitchen is full of everything you need.

We were put off using the restaurant by the member of staff who was in charge. As when we arrived we asked to look at the menu (we wanted to check out what type of food was served). He rolled his eyes and was visibly irritated by our request so we never ate at the restaurant. His attitude and demeanour were appalling! Our bungalow was near the end of the row by the service area where staff were rolling bins and equipment very early in the mornings while talking and shouting loudly this disturbed our sleep each day and negatively impacted our rest and comfort.

Well organised and managed facilities, clean accommodation which was well equipped with the basics and well designed. The reception staff were helpful and welcoming. Great pool and nice grounds.

Noise travels between units quite readily…thankfully we had an end unit and only had to worry about one neighbour (when they were very loud one night, security was prompt and attended to the situation). When we asked about beach towels, the lady at the front desk said they weren’t included with our unit (first time I’ve ever had that).

The pool area was well-maintained and right out our front door, the units were in good shape and had everything we needed to prepare some of our own meals. Never used the restaurant and ate in town a couple times. The shuttle service is good, but ends quite early (so had to walk home from dinner).

I opted for the bed and breakfast and was disappointed with the breakfast selection. It would have been nice to have porridge, more fresh fish, omelettes. I would have rated the room 10/10 if the air conditioning was available to use.

Most of the staff were friendly - reception, cleaning staff and bar/food staff. The outside staff seemed a bit miserable. Loved the size and layout of the apartment. I was in a corner area so it was quiet which is what I wanted as I was working in the afternoons. Location was great, away from the hustle and bustle and perfect for cycling to get out to the coast road and into the mountains. The pools are huge and perfect to get some swimming done 😊

Very little sunlight on our Terrace and row due to the trees on the golf course.

Location only 20 min walk from main strip/beach. Lovely little two storey apartment, mini mart onsite, bar, restaurant onsite. Heated pool, loads of space & room. Lovely little terrace to sit out at each night.
